★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered from this store on ubereats many times, I saw they are open on Google but closed on ubereats (opens on Monday). I called the store to understand why, the man told me we don't do ubereats here, I said on your Google listing and on ubereats it says you do also the fact that I have ordered from here countless times before. He simply told me "ils ont marqué ça, nous on ne fait pas ça ici il faut venir en magasin seulement". What am I missing???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service tonight was really bad. They often make mistakes (forget an item we paid for or other things) and we notice only once at home. Of course no one wants to go back out. Tonight we ordered by the app. Once there my husband notices there is not enough wasabi. He asks the girl to add more with she does after raising her eyes at this annoying client. BUT then he notices one full item is missing. She throws it in the bag. He then requests that all items should be reviewed. She was freaking out. Why?? What is the problem?? You can't even make a complete order you received hours in advance and no one is in your store. The situation there varies all the time. Sometimes good sometimes bad. Bad attitude ... there is no fracking excuse. Get to work young lady and be nice to your clients. Too bad no one cares anymore anywhere about the bad service.
Edit: after seeing Sushi Shop's response, i have to say that at one point we will have to stop blaming the pandemic for everything that goes wrong. It is no longer an excuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sushi are delicious and the service is simply wonderful and fast … I love going there when I have sushi cravings because they make my order fast I don’t have to wait long . Always fresh sushi I even buy for the following day and they are still delicious the next day … I definitely recommend this place ?❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying this Sushi Shop location and was very disappointed. I ordered 3 Poké bowls (Diablo, Salmon and Tuna, Spicy shrimp) and all 3 dishes were missing almost half the ingredients. I’ve never had an experience like this at the other locations. Probably a good idea to check the order before leaving but when I called back, the customer service offered $10 off my next order. Maybe their sushi is better but probably won’t return after this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You should absolutely go to the sushi burrito shop. I tried all the other sushi places in town, and this was hands down the best. I went with my wife and we were really happy with our selection. The service was great and we both left stuffed. They have a lot of vegetarian options too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most delicious sushi I've eaten. I ordered the "plateau happy hour" and despite the simple components the flavors were just outstanding. Fresh components and very filling for 2 heavy eaters. Add to that that they have a bubble tea shop in store and that would be hard to say no to.
