Bought 4 appliances and the washer died on us, customer service after sale is the worst you can get! No return calls , bad service. I do NOT recommend this place! NEVER EVER AGAIN! You want to get ripped, the place to go!!!!!

This Beyond UNACCEPTABLE , This FALSE ADVERTISING WHATSOEVER.... I purchased an item over 200$ , i was told is in good quality , just a minor scratches which I was okay with that but it does not WORK AT ALL!!! Shady , Shady , Shady,...SHAME ON YOU ??? GOOD RIDDANCE!

I bought a big fridge back in august 2018, fridge failed after one month but technician came after one week fixed it, but problem was back after 2 more weeks, store upgraded the fridge to a better brand with no fees. Honestly Alberto gave me an excellent service (store of Grand-Prairie), Today i'm back to get a washer from there but I'm kinda speechless to see all these negative comments, did they sell the business to some new ownersI dont know

Do not purchase from these guys. Fridge was delivered and panel nonfunctional. Took 4 weeks to tell me to claim it with insurance. Hundreds of dollars of wasted food and now insurance is saying it's a delivery issue. STAY AWAY!!!! Store did say warranty covers issues. However, for 3 weeks they insisted they would fix it and a "technician" would come. Never did, then piece missing then vacation, piece came in after vacation and they preferred to send me to warranty. WARRANTY response: delivery issue up to the store to fix it. October 6th 2019. Insurance forced store to fix it. They sent a technician 2 weeks ago to look at it again. Said they ordered a piece. Called back twice and still no returned phone call. Seems only way they'll respond is by showing the market what service they provide after sale. Update feb 3 2020. Vendor promised quick repair. Another technician came and identified it was the wrong piece ordered. New piece came in mid January. Still waiting. Waiting since June 2019!!!!!!!

The reason I gave 1 star is because i bought an induction cooktop and It works perfectly for a reasonable price. But it is because i came to the store and checked before i paid. I also bought a kitchenaid fridge and this is a nightmare. They persuaded me to pay first to reserve good price as I want a new fridge (maybe display item), not a used fridge. I collected my fridge like 3 months later and it is a used one. it is ok, i can clean it but the freezer door does not close probably. I called the vendor and they said they will call technician to come the next day but nobody came. My husband needs to call warranty company and a technician came the next day. they said the freezer door is faulty and cant be fixed. they need to replace it. they came a week later to replace with a temporary door in mid of Nov 2019 and said they will call me when a new door arrives. and nobody calls me after 3 months. i tried to call them everyday since last week (mid of Feb 2020) but nobody answers the phone. it seems like they went bankrupt or something. I came to the store on Sun 15th and met Michello, brother of the owner Alberto and he promised he will contact warranty company and let me know on Monday 17, 2020 but nobody called. I called to the store on Feb 19 and 20th, and they seem not understand why i call them when I already bought it 3 months ago. One thing I would like to highlight is that their delivery team is completely stupid. They dont know how to remove fridge's door to go inside, came to my house late without any equipment and they even broke my window.

While I wish all small business can survive this pandemic, this store deserves to go bankrupt. it offers good price if you are lucky to buy a good one. if you are unlucky and buy a bad appliance, say bye bye to your money. they dont care about you once you pay

Very terrible guys. They sweet talk you and makes you have confident in them. Immediately money exchange hands, you are on your own. They sell faulty electeonics, after you realize you have been sweet talked into buying scrap, your next option is to call them to send a repairer because the warranty gives you that mandate. That is exactly where you would realize that you have been scammed and extorted. They will promise to send a repairer, but They will never send any repairer. Be warned! I wont recommend this store for anyone, not even my enemy

We bought appliances from them back at the start of year. It was a rocky start to say the least and now I'm frustrated enough to write this review. The delivery didn't respect the time window and once they arrived, tried several times to charge me for additional services not included for the basic work they were there to do. The washer, dryer and fridge all immediately started having issues, not even within a week of owning them. We called for them to send a technician, there response was lackluster. A technician literally showed up randomly about a week later with no scheduled appointment when we were told he'd call us within a day. The delivery drivers messed up the fridge door which he was able to correct and he was also able to stop the dryer from making screeching sounds when running. The washing machine on the other hand.... We've been asking for MONTHS for them to come back, to address the constant error codes our machine is getting, preventing it from running a full time without stopping. We're still within our 6 month agreement with them, it's been impossible to get them to address the concerns, they are not returning our calls or messages and they have not fulfilled their obligation to the agreement, any promise of a technician has not respected. I'd never recommend this company to anyone, don't spend your money here.
