Pour tout dire, ils sont des pires gens en affaire que je n'ai jamais vu de ma vie. A company to be avoided at all costs. I don't even recommend my worst enemy to do business with these people. To be honest, they are the worst business people I have ever seen in my life.

Il est tôt de parler de la fiabilité du travail encore (avant de passer au moins le premier hiver) mais tout indique pour le moment que le travail est bien fait. A professional team, clean work and respect for the neighborhood. It is early to talk about the reliability of the work again (before spending at least the first winter) but everything indicates for the moment that the job is done well.

Je paye deux fois pour refaire le toit de la maison par cause d' incompétence. Ils ont remis du bardeaux pardessus le vieux ..rien n'a été changé. Aucun plywood a été changé ni même proposer de le faire. Résultat mon toit coule et risque de se effondrée vue la lourdeur des matériaux posés par dessus et le plywood non changés. Mon puit de lumière coule autour car il n' a pas été selle. Une vrai job de cabauchons ne vous faites pas avoir. J' écrirais un review dans tous les annonce de confection de toît. Vous devriez avoir honte. DON'T FAKE ** I had my roof done ... last summer and am doing it again. I pay twice to redo the roof of the house because of incompetence. They put some shingles over the old man ... nothing was changed. No plywood was changed nor even offered to do so. As a result, my roof leaks and risks collapsing given the heaviness of the materials placed on top and the unchanged plywood. My skylight is flowing around because it has not been saddled. Do not be fooled by a real cabauchons job. I would write a review in all the roof making advertisements. You should be ashamed.

La journée où ils sont passés refaire le toit, leurs employés ne prêtaient aucune attention à la propriété ou au terrain. Depuis 6 mois je tente de communiquer avec eux pour une problématique d'écoulement d'eau. Aucun retour. Je devrai maintenant utiliser la justice contre eux. AVOID, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are two brothers who sell professionalism and service. They don't have either. The day they were there to redo the roof, their employees paid no attention to the property or the land. For 6 months I have been trying to communicate with them for a water flow problem. No return. I will now have to use justice against them.

Of course he doesn't show up and stops answering my calls or texts. I lost an afternoon of work and also suffered one more day with a leaky roof than I otherwise needed to. Don't waste your time

Called them, they came ''repaired'' and we paid right away. It was way to high for me to quality check. A week later the same part felt again and we call him, he kept saying he would come check for SEVERAL WEEKS and we kept insisting but he kept postponing. It create stress for my elderly parents (their house) and when winter came he said he would have to wait until the snow melt... spring came and he still try to avoid the job... awful experience and won't ever deal with him again. He took the money and gave awful customer service.

It's not accurate, obviously its friends and family, PLEASE READ THE REAL COMMENTS CAREFULLY. Anyways horrible, horrible, horrible this company RR Toiture. Our roof leaked a couple of days after they finished installing the new shingles. How does that happen? Answer is simple, when you deal with non-professionals. When it comes to money, there isn't any hesitation to collect. They show up with smiles and all. Besides that, DON'T FALL FOR IT...call another company. In hindsight, its a good thing they never showed up cuz who wants to deal with more incompetence? So found a good roofer to come fix the roof. Thanks for nothing RR. Bravissimo!!!
