I contacted them and a representative came out to evaluate the roof and explain what was needed. I was promptly presented with a quote via email and a follow up phone call. I stated I was in a rush due to remodeling in the duplex upper unit and wanted to get things done before the interior paint was completed. I was told they would do their best to squeeze me in within 7-10 window depending on weather. Well the work has since been done, in a timely manner and at this time I am content that they did a great job. They were quite organized and their system worked well from the day before when the No Parking signs were placed around our property, then next morning the preparation team came out to get things started. From there team after team, truck after truck were queued in to complete their part of the job. I was able to observe the process and take photos throughout the day and feel good about how they performed. All in all, good customer service, knowledgeable and professional staff and I have to say a Job Well Done! Thanks to the team leaders Yan and Stephan! Hope my roof holds up for years to come and never ever leaks again :)

Salesmen provided details on options with benefits along with associated costs. Once installed, the post delivery service is impeccable. Should you require a service call (which we did for a roof they did many years ago), they quickly sent a crew and did an amazing job. Honestly, they do NOT abandon you after they install your new roof and collect your money. They are accessible and will return your call same day. Several of my family members have used Perron and we will continue to do so in the future and recommend them to our friends and family. A roof is a huge financial investment that you need someone you can trust and count on. That is Rene Perron!

They quickly responded to my frantic emails and were able to schedule my emergency repair immediately. The team was one of the most organized, efficient, and professional I have ever seen - it was truly impressive. Neighbours even gathered to watch them work! Communication was outstanding. They put up signs to block off necessary street space the day before. They put down plywood to protect my driveway and property as they worked. They installed a completely new roof in one day (~1700sf). I opted for the asphalt & gravel - and the white marble is already making a noticeable improvement to reduce the temperature indoors! The 15 year guarantee only adds to my satisfaction. Thank you, Rene Perron!!

Work was scheduled and done soon after estimate was approved. Rene Perron and his monster team showed up at 6:45AM and from the moment they got here, these guys don't mess around! 2 cranes, 2 asphalt trucks, and about 8 container trucks showed up all at the same time. Within minutes they were set up and started the job. Their team is extremely well organized, every worker knew exactly what his job was, absolutely no time wasted with 27 guys on the job. Very impressive. The team EXCEED all of my expectation! Great job, great service. Left my premises as clean as when they came. Thanks Guys, it was a great experience!
