★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From start to finish very good service, salesmanship, and follow up. Roof was done in time mentioned in 2 days. Roof was done at the end of APRIL 2017. Though on May 5.2017, I received a call from my tenant saying that she has water leaking in her kitchen coming from the roof. Hearing this is always a nightmare for anyone especially having a new roof just put in, but i quickly called the company and they sent someone that same day within 45 mins. Today, May 7, 2017 they haven't found the source of it but they are VERY NICE and PROFESSIONAL about it and keep a follow up with my tenant. More to come but right now so far so good with the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FCA team had to coordinate with another team of another profession to get project done. FCA did their part off-center by multiple inches. Result: had to have them undo and redo their own job for another 1,500+ $

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The job as well done at the time. But as time goes (3-4 years later) imperfections start to come out. Seal starts to peeled of and after 7 years the roof looks like it needs a rework. When we call back they said it was normal because of the heat. Overall job was ok, but customer service wasn't that great.

They sent Sebastien who was very helpful in providing advice on my roof and what repairs needed to be done, and didn't even try to sell me a new roof and said that my existing one was fine. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinique de la Toiture FCA had very impressive service for our residential roof installation. Their helpful and friendly sales representative who came out the the house did a careful inspection and gave us an estimate very quickly. We were pleased with the detailed estimate -- the cost for the more environmental TPE roof was almost the same as an inferior bitumen roof installation. When I had questions about the work and estimate he responded quickly. He and the office assistant were very patient with my French and would switch to English if I had trouble understanding. The crew came out and did the work in one day and left the roof and back garden neat and clean. We were really impressed with the the whole team's professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my roof replaced earlier this summer, the team was very quick and professional. No leaks or any other issues so far! They took pictures throughout the installation process and provided them in a report once the job was done, so was able to see what was all under the old roof. Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a new roof for my 4-plex for a few months at this point. I had a few offers from local contractors (Trois-Rivières) but none seemed very serious or appealing. I knew Yannick for close to 10 years and despite the price point being higher than the competition, I waited for spring to do business with FCA.
You get what you pay for! The quality of the TPO system installed was unmatched by any other roofing contractor I've dealt with. I have to say: I work in the roofing industry and visit many of them weekly. The kindness and professionalism of Eric's crew was incredible. They worked real hard for 10 hours non-stop to finish the project in 1-day. The building had substrate issues and they proposed me different options to address them and then executed my decision on the spot. They arrived with all the equipment needed and all the material to be able to address any surprises they might encounter.
Very respectful, clean up was impeccable and the billing/office staff was always quick to provide clear descriptive of the work with exact pricing. For the quality, the professionalism but really for the overall experience, I would recommend FCA to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FCA replaced the roof in 2013 at a very competitive price, were very organized and professional. Then they repaired wind damage this week within only two days of calling them, and now you can't even tell where the damage was by how well they replaced and matched the shingles. If they accept new customers I highly recommend this company.
