★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 8 trellis at$ 64.98 each.When showing them that they were 1/3 the price on line,the day after purchased,they did not even offer a discount.They were okay with me returning them to the store even though they were purchased and already installed.Disappointed with service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor business structure, every BMR is independent and don't work together as a Brand or group. Tied to return item purchased online , and non shallant declined to help. No customer service , deeply disappointed .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, passable mark in terms of customer service. Some employees are fantastic while others are completely unfit to be working with the public. 2/3 of the employees at the wood cutting shop were the rudest I've ever seen in retail. Even after calling us with our cut wood order complete, when we arrived they said they didn't have the order. Would not recommend.
