On as refusé de me servir et même répondre à mes questions, très décevant comme service et gentillese.
Visited the store November 13, 2019, I asked a question about a thermostat for my hydra boiler, I was asked if I was a contractor and my answer was no.
They refused to serve me and even answer my questions, very disappointing as service and kindness.

I just received the worst customer service from Wolseley. If you are not an entrepreneur, forget about your product search with them. They are not going to listen to you.
