★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis avec Loue Froid depuis longtemps, tout a changé, avec le service on me dit presque que loue froid va fermer, qu’il faut téléphoner en janvier pour un air climatisée et que ce n’est pas certain que j’en aurais une!!!! et les appareils sont du rafistolés comme c’est pas possible…. Je ne comprends plus rien… dommage c’était vraiment une compagnie extraordinaire….
I've been with Loue Froid for a long time, everything has changed, with the service I'm almost told that Loue Froid is going to close, that you have to call in January for an air conditioning and that it's not certain that I'll have one. !!!! and the devices are patched up as it is not possible…. I don't understand anything anymore… too bad it was really an extraordinary company….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Loue Froid truck driver damaged my parked car the other day - It was a hit & run. All pictures of my damaged car and their truck match perfectly. Even my insurance company agrees but the driver denies it ; even worse, Loue Froid management takes no responsibility either. Now more than one week's salary for me to pay for damages caused by a Loue Froid driver. So beware as not ethical and dishonest.
