I renovated my house June 2017 and did a full installation including duct system .
they installed Heat pump , Electrical furnace, Air purifier , Heath exchange, humidifier and they did a great Job .
They do a follow up a few months after installation to make sure all running ok , i had a minors issue with my humidifier and they responded very fast and adjusted the unit the same week .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a thermopump for around 6000$ via Costco which has them install and sell it. After the instilation I noticed it was making odd noises when it was air conditioning and when winter started it wasn't heating as well as my previous 10year old thermopump that was replaced. Almost 3 months later and 4 visits from technicians and replacing various parts they still have not found the issue. The thermopump is about 6 months old. At his point if it's not fixed on their next visit I may have to take them and Costco to court to have it replaced completely and also compensate me for having to heat using my furnace for the past 3 months. Takes forever to get a service call and it all depends on who you talk to. Please take this and all the recent reviews under consideration prior to purchasing from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust this company they don’t respect the contact, I have installed two HVAC systems and for one of them they have used my old coil when I asked why the guy told me it is not compatible with my old Lenox Thermopomp!!! He did lie to my face like that and didn’t replace it. Do not recommend this company to no buddy.
