Aucun retour d'appel ou de courriel alors que je dois remplacer les filtres d'un climatiseur acheté chez eux. Très déçue. Le service à la clientèle, c'est aussi répondre aux petits besoins.
 I update and change the 1 star to 5 stars. I had good service by contacting them again, I have my filters, everything is back to normal. Thanks Manuflow!
No return calls or emails when I have to replace the filters on an air conditioner bought from them. Very disapointed. Customer service is also about responding to small needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service à la clientèle complètement inefficace. J'ai un climatiseur qui a brisé après 3 ans et personne ne peut le réparer. J'ai dû téléphoner 5 fois, à chaque fois on me disait que quelqu'un me rappelerait. Or, personne ne rappelle. Aucun réparateur ne fait affaire avec cette compagnie donc impossible de se procurer les pièces défectueuses. N'installer pas ce type d'air climatisé.
Completely inefficient customer service. I have an air conditioner that broke after 3 years and no one can fix it. I must have called 5 times, each time I was told that someone would call me back. However, no one calls back. No repairer does business with this company so it is impossible to get the defective parts. Do not install this type of air conditioning.

Jimmy and abdoul were very very patient with me and after many visits from flooring ,tiles, bathtube, bathroom accessories, backslash. I bought them all there . Price and service .

Their products have very little support.
We ordered a control board and they sent us the wrong one.
Over a month now and no help or response from customer service.
Seems like they're blowing us off.
DON'T BUY THEIR HVAC EQUIPMENT.
