Après plusieurs tests et quelques essais infructueux, ils m'ont dit que le conduit était brisé et que cela nécessitait des travaux majeur. La facture s'est élevée à 515 $ pour un égout non-débouché et aucune réparation effectuée. Quelques jours plus tard, j'ai fait appel à un autre plombier pour un 2e avis, l'égout fût débouché en 15 minutes pour une somme de 125$. Mon égout se porte toujours très bien et n'a pas rebouché ou brisé. J'ai contacté la cie ci-dessus pour avoir des explications et à ce jour je n'ai jamais eu de retour d'appel. Very disappointed and dissatisfied, I feel like I have been cheated; here's why: I called this company last February for unclogging a toilet sewer. After several tests and a few unsuccessful attempts, they told me that the conduit was broken and that this required major work. The bill amounted to $ 515 for an unclogged sewer and no repairs made. A few days later, I called another plumber for a second opinion, the sewer was cleared in 15 minutes for a sum of $ 125. My sewer is still doing very well and has not stopped or broken. I contacted the company above for explanations and to date I have never had a return call.

It will soon be 8 years that I trust this company for different buildings (housing, warehouses, offices) and I have never been disappointed. I had an urgent problem this week and they released staff to resolve the problem immediately. It is an A1 service across the board and I highly recommend to those around me or anyone here to use their services for anything related to plumbing.
