J'ai eu une urgence à 21h, j'ai appellé au central, on m'a dit que le plombier on-call allait m'appeler. Le plombier en question, Jérémie, m'a appelé 10 minutes plus tard et m'a offert une solution temporaire qui allait faire passer la nuit (il n'avait pas de problème à passer mais ça m'aurait coûté beaucoups plus chère). Le lendemain j'ai rappelé le centrale et 30 minutes plus tard j'avais cette fois-ci Frédéric à la porte. Très poli et honnête, Fred m'a expliqué les problèmes, la réparation ainsi que les coûts et à répondu à tous mes questions. Après environ 1h et demi de travail, Fred a vraiment donné la tranquillité en réglant tous mes problèmes. Aussi longtemps que vous avez des employés comme Jérémy et Fred, je vais continuer à faire affaire avec vous et à référer mes amis et famille à vous directement. Merci milles fois! Honesty. Integrity. Available. Human. This is how I describe this company and their employees. I had an emergency at 9 p.m., I called the central, I was told that the on-call plumber was going to call me. The plumber in question, Jérémie, called me 10 minutes later and offered me a temporary solution that would make the night pass (he had no problem going through but it would have cost me a lot more). The next day I called the central and 30 minutes later this time I had Frédéric at the door. Very polite and honest, Fred explained the problems, repair and costs to me and answered all of my questions. After about an hour and a half of work, Fred really gave me peace by sorting out all my problems. As long as you have employees like Jeremy and Fred, I will continue to do business with you and refer my friends and family to you directly. Thank you a thousand times!

Deux plombiers sont venu donc le prix fois deux. Ce qui n'avait pas été mentionné seulement une fois le travail fini ? Deux trous dans le mur car les deux plombiers ne savaient pas que le renvois de la laveuse etait direct a la fosse. A part tout cela c'etait bien, mais pas pour mon porte feuille.? The receptionist gave me the wrong rate. $40 per extra hour and yet it was $50 per extra half hour ?. Two plumbers came, so the price times two. What hadn't been mentioned until after the work was finished ? Two holes in the wall because the two plumbers didn't know that the washer removal was direct to the pit. Other than that it was fine, but not for my wallet.?

Il a catégoriquement refusé sous prétexte que ses mains étaient déjà trop craquées. Il a refusé de faire la job et est parti en me laissant avec mon dégât d'eau parce qu'il ne voulait pas se laver les mains. Peu importe les raisons d'une personne, quand tu entre chez un client et qu'il demande de porter un masque et/ou de se laver les mains, c'est la base. Peut être qu'il y a des personnes immunodéprimés chez le client en question et ce n'est pas aux autres d'en juger. Malheureusement l'attitude de cet employé reflète sur la compagnie au complet et même si on a toujours fait affaire avec cette compagnie auparavant, notre dernière expérience a fait que nous ne referons plus jamais affaire avec eux. I called a plumber because we had water damage. When he arrived, I asked him to wash his hands. He categorically refused on the pretext that his hands were already too cracked. He refused to do the job and left leaving me with my water damage because he wouldn't wash his hands. No matter what a person's reasons are, when you walk into a customer's and they ask to wear a mask and/or wash their hands, that's the basics. Maybe there are immunocompromised people in the client in question and it's not for others to judge. Unfortunately, this employee's attitude reflects on the entire company and even though we have always done business with this company before, our last experience meant that we will never do business with them again.
N	Nas Laleh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst company. we had a problem with Kitchen Faucet which was leaking and unfortunately the water damaged the floor under us . we called this company to check just for make sure that it is faucet problem . the person who was sent by company just checked in 6 minutes and he said the same thing that we already knew it and he said , you need to change the faucet!!!. the company charged us for 5 minutes 160 $ plus tax 183$ and when we asked this is only 5 minutes,they said anything less that one hour is 160$ .I do not recommend this company all all.
