G	Genevieve Thibodeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'avais un rendez-vous à 10h30 et je devais prendre des prises de sang, on m'a donc conseillé d'arriver vers 8h pour pouvoir avoir les prises de sang avant ma rencontre avec l'infirmière. Je me présente à 8h à jeun depuis 8h le soir, je vais donner mon nom et ma carte aux prises de sang, je m'assois dans la salle d'attente et j'attends... à 10h15, je ne suis pas passer, je vais m'informer. On me dit que je peux aller à ma rencontre et revenir ensuite, juste à leur dire que je suis revenu. Ma rencontre se termine à 12h45. Évidemment, personne de disponible pour aviser que je suis de retour. J'ai finalement été appelé à 13h30. Cependant, j'ai remarqué qu'on m'avait appelé à 11h15. C'est quand même plus de 3h après mon arrivée... Mon dernier repas était très loin et que je commençais à faiblir! Pour compenser tout ça, chaque personne à qui j'ai parlé tout au long de la journée a été d'une gentillesse inouïe! Le système de santé va mal et on le voit très bien dans ces moments-là. I had an appointment at 10:30 am and I had to take blood samples, so I was advised to arrive around 8:00 am to be able to have the blood samples before my meeting with the nurse. I show up at 8 a.m. on an empty stomach since 8 a.m. in the evening, I will give my name and my card with blood tests, I sit in the waiting room and I wait ... at 10.15 a.m. , I will inform myself. I am told that I can go to meet me and then come back, just to tell them that I have returned. My meeting ends at 12:45 p.m. Obviously, no one available to advise that I am back. I was finally called at 1:30 p.m. However, I noticed that I was called at 11:15 a.m. It is still more than 3 hours after my arrival ... My last meal was very far away and that I was starting to weaken! To compensate for all of this, each person I spoke to throughout the day was incredibly kind! The health system is bad and we can see it very well at these times.

My wife, son and I were sick with a severe sinus infection and we rushed to emergency because my son had a fever of 40+ and tempra would not bring it down. We waited over 4 hours to be seen for the doctor to finally prescribe antibiotics.

If it wasn't for their incompetence, there would be a lot less pressure on the system. Furthermore, only one doctor in the ER of the only hospital of the third largest city of the province? Really??? Incredible on all possible levels: quality of the establishment, cleanliness, competence of employees, quality of care, lack of communication of most employees encountered, they are overwhelmed so they do not listen to patients, and so on.
