M	Marie-Lyne Nault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les préposée de jour son merveilleuse mais de soir elle sont très désagréable elle disent constamment manqué de staffe et c'est les résidents qui paie, elle refuse de plus, les lever et coucher plus d'une fois par chiffre. Très désagréable. The day workers are wonderful but in the evening they are very rude they say they are constantly lacking in staff and it is the residents who pay, she refuses more, getting them up and going to bed more than once per number. Very disagreeable.

J'ai passé 5 jours du 21 au 26 avril chambre 215 . Auprès d'eux, j'ai découvert des cœurs généreux, une humanité qui m'a donné la force de passer à travers cette épreuve. Merci beaucoup d'avoir fait de ce court séjour, un lieu de sécurité pour moi. Bravo à tout le personnel qui mérite 5 étoiles. Je vous garde tous dans mon cœur. Comme partout ailleurs le personnel devrait poursuivre obligatoirement sa formation: comment communiquer avec des personnes ma entendant ..perte de visions etc. Donner des soins en étant présente à la personne... Etc.... As everywhere else the staff should obligatorily continue their training: how to communicate with people hearing me .. loss of visions etc. Give care while being present to the person ... Etc .... E	Ehecatl Quetzalcoatl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depuis que ma mère est rentrée le 20 décembre dernier jusqu'au jour de son décès le 10 avril, on a vu constamment la qualité et quantité des services, l’intensité de l’aide que tout « Fernand-Larocque » lui a accordé, surtout dans ce moment difficile que tout le monde est en train de vivre. Depuis le premier jour toutes et tous de l'équipe ont été la « Famille » pour Mme Vincenza I. (ma mère) ainsi que pour tous les autres résidents! Notre mère nous manquait, mais on savait qu’elle se trouvait dans un environnement propre et attentif, un environnement plein d’excellentes personnes impliquées et dédiées aux bien-être des résidents! Elles/ils sont les héros du monde actuel : des héros silencieux, une petite armée de compétences et de professionnalisme, qui à chaque jour avec abnégation, avec passion et au milieu de ces tempêtes font face aux adversités et dangers agissant comme boucliers protégeant nos êtres chers! Tout sacrifice, qu'elles/ils font faites pour la protection de nos ainés et qu’on voit quotidiennement, est un acte d’amour vers la vie, vers l’Histoire! Elles/ils écrivent l’Histoire! Chaque jour les voit en premières ligne et leurs gestes ont le pouvoir de se sentir protégé. Leurs mots, leur aide, leurs interventions ont eu toujours le pouvoir de rassurer notre mère qui se sentait fragile comme une feuille dans une tempête! Merci à toute l'équipe! H	HV 214 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grandmother has been housed there for the past 3 and a half years with dementia ( a type of Alzheimer's. The staff is very nice and truly cares for the patients. And their activities manager is truly the best, he loves the residents and always plans fun day time activities to entertain them. He even plans field trips a couple times a year. I went for a boat ride on the river with them and my grandmother, despite being very confused when we got back had a wonderful time. Truly a great place to send a loved one and be sure that they'll be safe and well cared for. Also, anytime anything happens to your family member from getting a small cut or bruises to falling on the ground, they will call you every single time.
