★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for the excellent service over the last 15+ years. Pool ownership is not always easy but appreciate the great support. Parco Hawkesbury helped us trouble shoot and keep our old system going another year. Also, the team resolved a winter pool cover issue two years ago in a timely and professional manner. We appreciate our local businesses during these difficult times. Best of luck going forward.

Honesty and respect, and check every thing. What a beautiful job. We are very happy. Another satisfied customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Tuesday I went to your store to purchase some chlorine, I told the sales person I wanted pucks, I told him three times, he even asked me if I had a dispenser. He gave me a pail of granules. Me trusting that he gave me the right thing, I put it in my garage until Thursday. When I noticed I came to the store right away. The manager of the day did not help, all she said is they are not taking the chemicals back. I explained to her that the sales person didn't give my what I wanted. She basically said go away that she would not spend her time here. She did not offer to tell me how to use the product, she just walked away. Basically she was more interested in going back to her office. I was also there to purchase more product and supplies. I feel so dissatisfied. that was terrible customer service. I have now ordered the rest of my supplies online. I try to support the local businesses, but this not good. I try writing them a message, they never got back to me. I'm done with that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and after sale care. Had an issue with my pool and Andréanne sent someone over to have a look. She got back to me quickly telling me they will need to replace my wall and liner. The installer came early October to replace the wall and liner and did an excellent job, the whole team was very professional and knowledgeable. Andréanne did a follow-up with me after the installation. I highly recommend Parco Piscines in Hawkesbury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice showroom. Staff is super knowledgeable and quick with info and pricing. Realistic options and installation timelines...which is quite nice as it will prevent any negative experiences caused by promises made that can't be honoured. A very large selection of pools, both for chlorine and salt options, as well as sizes. Pool heaters for propane or gas are offered as well as different types of steps into the pool. As I mentioned Associates are very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions posed to them on the spot. We were able to obtain all the information required and a quote within 15 minutes. There are many sales associates on the floor so the waiting time is quite minimal, even during their peak season. They also offer patio furniture, jacuzzis, hot tubs, pool equipment, accessories and much much more. They have multiple outdoor displays of assorted gazebos, gorgeous tables and other patio furniture. Prices are competitive and installation is professional and reliable. Service is lovely here, and customers are treated with respect....andwe observed the employees treat each other well. #localguide

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest and best pool supply store in the area. They also sell spas, barbecues, and some patio furniture. In addition to sales of pools and related equipment, they have a knowledgeable service department that's will do home visits to open and close pools, as well as repairs. The owners and staff are all very pleasant and helpful.

Special shoutout to Michael for all his help and knowledge with our pool since moving into the new house. Quick and and amazing work on the repair we just needed as well. We'll definitely continue to use Parco Pools for all our pool and hot tub needs.
