★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je faisais affaire avec eux comme fournisseur avant et je vous déconseille tout contact avec eux. Ils passent des commandes et une fois le produit reçu et que c'est maintenant impossible de retourner en arrière, dit qu'il n'a pas commandé le grade de produit reçu. Qu'il avait commandé celui en dessous et là ne veut plus payer le prix du produit qu'il a commandé. Il se défoule ensuite sur ma page de compagnie en me donnant des mauvaises notes. Ça me rassure au moins de savoir que lui, le 1/5 que je lui met semble être la réalité car personne ne lui a mis jusqu'à date une note plus haute que 1/5. Ça a tout pris pour que je soit payé.
 I was dealing with them as a supplier before and I do not recommend any contact with them. They place orders and once the product received and it is now impossible to go back, says he did not order the grade of product received. That he had ordered the one below and there no longer wants to pay the price of the product he ordered. He then romped on my company page giving me bad marks. It reassures me at least to know that he, the 1/5 that I put him seems to be the reality because no one has up to date a note higher than 1/5. It took everything for me to get paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perte de temps total. Ça fait un mois et demi que vous avez commencé à installer ma toile mais pas terminé. Vous m'avez donné rendez-vous, remis à cause de la température (je comprends), mais remis le rendez-vous plusieurs autres fois, j'annule mes plans pour toutes les journées où on avait rdv, et comme les reviews de d’autres personnes qui ont eu le même "service", vous n'êtes jamais revenu! Mais là ça fait plusieurs jours qu'il fait beau, il n'y a plus personne qui répond au téléphone, ça fait 6 messages que je laisse sans retour d'appel. Au moins soyez professionnel et retournez vos messages SVP M. Nacer. J’ai été très patient avec vous. J'ai perdu déjà 2 semaines de baignade où il a fait très chaud et maintenant je commence à perdre ma saison de baignade!
Total loss of time. It's been a month and a half since you started installing my canvas but not finished. You gave me an appointment, postponed because of the temperature (I understand), but postponed the appointment several other times, I cancel my plans for all the days we had an appointment, and like the reviews of d other people who had the same "service", you never came back! But there it has been sunny for several days, there is no longer anyone answering the phone, it's been 6 messages that I leave without return call. At least be professional and please return your messages Mr. Nacer. I have been very patient with you. I already lost 2 weeks of swimming where it was very hot and now I'm starting to lose my swimming season!

Nacer est très professionnel et sympathique .
Il est même venu plusieurs fois pour régler nos différents problèmes et nous as appris comment faire le nettoyage et comment marchait le système au sel.
On a même refait la piscine au complet (65000L) + passer du chlore au sel avec eux et nous sommes très satisfait du résultat.
Je recommande !

Nacer is very professional and friendly.
He even came several times to sort out our various problems and taught us how to do the cleaning and how the salt system worked.
We even redone the entire pool (65000L) + switch from chlorine to salt with them and we are very satisfied with the result.

Malgré que j’ai attendu un peu pour avoir mon rendez-vous pour l’installation de ma nouvelle toile vu l’augmentation des demandes cette année du Covid(L’information que j’ai reçu), je suis entièrement satisfaite du résultat final et recommande cette entreprise!
Peter, le technicien, à fait un super de bon travail de minutie avec les différents imprévus survenus avec ma hors-terre, il a pris le temps d’analyser les problèmes pour bien les régler. Beau travail sans plis et aucun déchets laissés après le travail. Très professionnel!
Des enfants heureux qui vont pouvoir se baigner dès cette semaine!
Excellent service, I really like the look of my pool now that it is repaired !!! Despite the fact that I waited a bit to have my appointment for the installation of my new canvas given the increase in requests this year from the Covid (The information I received), I am completely satisfied with the final result and recommend this company!
Peter, the technician, did a great job of meticulousness with the various unforeseen events that occurred with my above-ground, he took the time to analyze the problems to resolve them properly. Nice work without wrinkles and no waste left after work. Very professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time, money or effort with this company. Everyone is friendly yes, but no one knows what they are doing. Gave a deposit in April, still no liner that fitsafits and we are mid July. Asked for my money back, but now i I have to shop a real company and i am being told end of August. So this company cost me all summer as they cannot get a liner right.
DONT BOTHER WITH THEM AND LOOK FOR A REAL COMPANY

I called them to open my pool and spa they charged for both but don’t open the spa. I had to do it myself and they didn’t want to refund me. They are saying that they gave me a discount of 10$ in the quote so they don’t reimburse me.
