Mon conseiller Jean-François s'est montré patient et rassurant au cours de ma démarche de sélection afin que je puisse effectuer le meilleur choix possible tout en respectant les limites de mon budget. Quant à l'installateur Jonathan, ce dernier m'a fait preuve de par sa minutie d'un grand souci du détail, il a été très efficace durant son passage chez moi et il s'est assuré de ma satisfaction avant de quitter. Il m'a en plus prodigué généreusement de précieux conseils
 Throughout my customer experience I have received excellent service from team members. My advisor Jean-François was patient and reassuring during my selection process so that I could make the best possible choice while respecting the limits of my budget. As for the installer Jonathan, he showed me with his meticulous attention to detail, he was very efficient during his stay with me and he made sure of my satisfaction before leaving. He also generously lavished precious advice on me.

I visited them to enquire about replacing some damaged flooring (there product) and after 3 follow-ups they still do not submit a quotation. It has now been 35 days and still waiting for a simple quotation. I guess since the job is not profitable as opposed to an istallation there is no rush to render the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. We recently ordered Mirage floors from Barwood Pilon. Jeremy was very patient with me and let me pull out lots of samples. And multiple visits. Plus I could bring multiple samples home to see the options in our home and light. He was very helpful in terms of pricing and finding a solution for our budget as we absolutely wanted engineered or hardwood floors. We were fortunate as Barwood Pilon carry Mirage who were having a sale at that time. I did 4 different stores and I found Mirage has beautiful and stylish washes. The order delay for wood is 3-4 weeks ( but that was standard at all the places I visited) And Mirage is local to Quebec, so nothing made in China. (also a criteria we were set on) If you want quality and good service I recommend taking the drive to Barwood Pilon in Laval.
