★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un service extrêmement médiocre. On appel pour avoir des infos sur des produits qu'ils vendent et ils ne répondent pas aux questions. Et il faut appeler puisque leur site est archaïque. On dirait qu'ils n'ont pas envie d'être en affaires. Après beaucoup d'effort j'ai réussi à avoir quelqu'un qui m'a répondu que les produits que je cherchait étaient disponibles (sans être en mesure de répondre à mes questions) je me suis déplacé à Laval. Et le tout pour me faire dire 15 minutes avant que le magasin était supposer fermer qu'ils étaient déjà fermé.
Je ne comprends pas comment cette entreprise est encore en affaires... terrible et à éviter à tout prix.
An extremely poor service. We call for information on products they sell and they do not answer questions. And you have to call since their site is archaic. Looks like they do not want to be in business. After a lot of effort I managed to get someone who told me that the products I was looking for were available (without being able to answer my questions) I moved to Laval. And all to make me say 15 minutes before the store was supposed to close they were already closed.
I do not understand how this business is still in business ... terrible and avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aucun service après vente. Vraiment déçu du service. Lorsque l'on paye aussi cher pour une machine outil on s'attend à avoir des pièces de rechange en cas de bris, mais pas ici. De plus, ils ne prennent pas leur clients au sérieux ils ne prennent pas le temps de faire leur retour d'appel, il faut constamment les relancer, mais toujours pour se faire dire qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire.
No after sales service. Really disappointed with the service. When you pay so much for a machine tool you expect to have spare parts in case of breakage, but not here. In addition, they do not take their customers seriously they do not take the time to make their return call, they must be constantly raised, but always to be told that they can do nothing.

I was looking for a small 13-inch glider and after a call they gave me confidence by answering all my questions and giving me very good advice that you can't find in supermarkets. I adopted this store for my future purchase of cabinetmaking tools and especially for the day when I would need professional tools.
