★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little disapointing about the response I received. Apparently, RenoAssistance does not support any renovation project just new ones. My project consisted in renovating the balconies of a plex.
I guess the service should be called NouveauAssistance.

Deborah at Reno Assistance is a sweetheart, dedicated, patient and focused to help you in every way possible. This was a winning combination for me. Will use her again for future projects

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this company in hopes they could find me a contractor to help with an easy bathroom project. The guy on the phone claimed that he was not a contractor and he knew nothing about the pricing of projects yet had the nerve to tell me that he would not be able to find anyone to help me for less than $25,000. I found three contractors willing to do my project for under $10,000. He was way off and way out of line and was totally trying to con me. He spoke to me like I knew nothing though I had done this reno many times before and knew what it should cost. Good thing I did my own research and I hope you do as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After months of horrible experiences from contractors/masons canceling at the last minute, to scammers trying to do unneeded work at ridiculous costs and one trying to force us to pay more than 50% before doing any work months in advance, which all left me beyond stressed and not sleeping at night. I decided to call RenoAssistance.... and THANK GOD I DID!! Right away the incredible Marie-France Beaulieu answered my call and she was there every day personally handling & guiding me through the process. Right away, despite my tight time frames, she got me set up with extremely professional and qualified Masons and I met with them within the matter of few a days. Marie-France called me almost every day and emailed me in between to make sure every thing was going smoothly & she spoke to the masons when I was confused on some points. She paved the way for everything and I finally have a contract being signed, with an amazing company that has years and years of experience with a detailed business report supplied by RenoAssistance to further back them up, along with guarantees on my deposit, and over all work. My mind if finally at peace and I am sleeping again all thanks to RenoAssistance and Marie-France. I will never do any home repairs again without turning to RenoAssistance first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Sevag Arzoumanian at RenoAssistance to put together some quotes for an upcoming residential renovation project. Though we didn't end up going with the contractor that Sevag proposed, he was really great to work with. He took the time to understand the details of our project, was always prompt to get back to us with updates, and in general, just a pleasure to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been seeing a lot of ads for Renoassistance, because it was linked to a known bank, I contacted them. I was surprised by the immediate response. I was assigned to Marie-France Beaulieu. Marie-France contacted me right away and provided me with contractors for the roof and bricks work. Marie-France kept in touch thru out the whole process. She always returned my inquiries quickly. I told her this morning over the phone that she was the most competent person I had recently dealt with. Marie-France keep up the good work. I highly recommend the site to troubleshoot the process of looking for contractors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time using this service, I really enjoyed working with Reno Assistance Desjardins. I was assigned an agent by the name of Mme. Marie France Beaulieu - Very nice person, very professional. She was very informative and followed the whole process with me from beginning to end, to ensure I was satisfied with the installation. Mme. Beaulieu was very easy to talk to, her email and phone response time is very quick. Working thru Reno Assistance Desjardins was a stress-free process. They made the work of finding a qualified contractor very easy. I would definitely recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service! We lost 4 days of work because the contractors that were scheduled to come never came without notice. The agent who opened our file was completely lost, did not do follow-ups, sent wrong emails, communicated wrong information to contractors. The contractors are absolutely NOT RELIABLE. If the project is not of interest to you, mention it, don’t make us loose our time.
Overall, a big zero, we do not recommend this service at all. Try to find reliable constructors on your own or with personal references, don’t bother going with Reno Assistance, they will give you 0 assistance.
