Et, Gilles Rousseau a été très rapide à me répondre. Il a répondu à toutes mes questions même durant la fin de semaine. J'ai finalement choisi M. Rousseau car, il m'a mis en confiance avec son service et le produit offert soit des produits Lennox. Le 19 juillet dernier, M. Gilles Rousseau et son équipe sont venus installer la thermopompe et la fournaise électrique. Ils sont arrivés tôt. Ils ont défaits les anciennes machines. Et, l'installation des nouveaux produits a été faite de façon très professionnelle. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut un travail de grande qualité et avec un souci du détail. Je recommanderais sans problèmes le service, le professionnalisme et les produits que M. Rousseau installent comme les produits Lennox (fabricant de produits depuis presque 100 ans). Notre maison est maintenant bien climatisée et on profite mieux de notre été. Merci Gilles Rousseau!
In my research on the market for a new central heat pump and a new furnace, I asked for prices from several suppliers. And, Gilles Rousseau was very quick to answer me. He answered all my questions even on the weekend. I finally chose Mr. Rousseau because he put me in confidence with his service and the product offered, namely Lennox products. On July 19, Mr. Gilles Rousseau and his team came to install the heat pump and the electric furnace. They arrived early. They demolished the old machines. And, the installation of the new products was done in a very professional manner. Overall it was a high quality job with an eye for detail. I would recommend without problems the service, the professionalism and the products that Mr. Rousseau installs like Lennox products (manufacturer of products for almost 100 years). Our house is now well air conditioned and we can make the most of our summer. Thank you Gilles Rousseau!

On a eu droit à une explication et demo complète du fonctionnement de la thermopompe. L'installation était ponctuelle, professionnelle et propre. J'ai apprécié aussi qu'il s'est occupé de la remise postale et des documents pour me faciliter la tâche pour la demande de subvention. Le plan de financement promo du patron est super. I had excellent service from start to finish with the installation of the wall mounted heat pump. Gilles took the time to give us good advice and answered all my many emails. We were treated to a full explanation and demo of how the heat pump works. The installation was punctual, professional and clean. He was the second contractor we had called for a quote and we chose to deal with Avantage Climatisation and we do not regret it. He was extremely polite and professional and and his team was very efficient and did the job in a timely manner.
He seems to be a very honest person and I recommend company's services.
