I have contacted 10 companies. Some never called back, some never showed up at the meeting that we had set, and some were just not to sure how to tackle the job. But Ahmed from JM Air, was as professional as can be. Knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this company and if you can ask for Tanbir Ahmed.

Called for an estimate and Mario returned my call within a few hours. Came within two days to give me an estimated and three days later had Moher and Guy come to install AC. They were very professional and even changed the breakers to accommodate for the new AC installation. Very prompt service and efficient. Very recommended.

We recently installed a heat pump for triple zone: 2 for our first floor and 1 for the basement. They were very attentive to our concerns and found a solution accordingly even though it took time; which shows how much work and effort they are willing to put into making sure their customer is satisfied. The installers were very punctual, professional and their work was neat (barely left a mess behind). Definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get a central system in their home! We are super satisfied!

In mid April we reached out to schedule an appointment to swap our wall-mounted AC unit to a Heat Pump. I was very clear that we wanted to be able to take advantage of the Hydro QC rebate. I appreciated the diligence, positivity, and (apparently) great deal we were offered by the manager who gave us our quote (more on this "deal" below). He was genuinely amazing .... until we signed the contract. Turns out the unit he sold us doesn't connect with our pipes (an understandable, but avoidable mistake if he had just gone up to look at the unit on the roof). Even avoidable mistakes happen, how you handle them is what matters. Our manager handled it incredibly poorly. There was a total lack of communication about when our appointment would be rebooked *and* we ended up spending $700 MORE than we agreed to, on a unit that is *not* eligible for the rebate. I understand supply chain issues and the fact we're two years into a pandemic means everything is harder than it needs to be, however, the striking difference between our treatment before he held a signed contract versus after was jarring and inconsistent with his "client for life" spiel. Our manager gets 2 stars. Why then - you may be asking yourself - is this lady giving a 4 star review when she paid %20+ more than agreed? Enter Danny and Olivier our knights in a shining AC truck. Danny had called to say they were stuck in traffic the day they were originally scheduled to install the dysfunctional unit. When I didn't hear back from either the company or the manager who sold us the unit, I text Danny. He got back to me immediately, was able to sneak me in the next day because a different manager had sold a different client a different unit that didn't work with her lines either, so we lucked out. Danny and Olivier were speedy, clean, incredibly knowledgable, and quite a lot of fun to watch work. I give our installation 6 stars. As the temperature and humidity rise, I'm grateful that it's all been sorted.

We had two ductless wall units installed yesterday by J.P. and Marc and they did a fantastic job. They answered all our questions, were very professional and did a great job. They were very knowledgeable about the product and we are super happy. The products so far work great. Thank you :)

I was satisfied with the service I’ve received from JM AIR. Many companies charged us extra for the work but I’m glad we didn’t go with them and instead went JM AIR. The salesperson Tanbir was very understanding and reasonable person to talk to; he ensured the job was getting done. He also kept interacting with me and updating on the the situations. The work done by the technician was very good and he mad e feel comfortable. Overall, I’m satisfied.
