★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est la pire marque. Ca fonctionne 1 an. Les compresseurs sont trop fragiles et les clauses dans les garanties font en sorte que rien n'est garanti. A éviter a tout prix.
 It is the worst brand. It works for 1 year. The compressors are too fragile and the clauses in the guarantees mean that nothing is guaranteed. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À éviter a tout prix.....fournisse une machine qui brise hyper rapidement et nous font trainer ds le temps, de plus la pièce est discontinué sur une nouvelle machine qui a seulement trois ans, résultat, ont doit acheter une nouvelle climatisation murale. Ne nous aident pas sous prétexte que la garantie est terminé depuis une semaine.....Suite a ces problèmes, nous avons parlé à plusieurs installateur et ils sont unanime. TTI est l'un des pire fournisseur qui soit. Nous ferons désormais affaire avec une compagnie professionnel et non cette compagnie
Edit: Absolument que ma machine vient de chez vous....Notre réparateur à appelé devant nous chez votre compagnie pour se faire dire que la machine était encore sous garantie. Cependant, c'est drôle, quand la piece en question c'est avéré discontinué et que cela voulais dire une nouvelle climatisation, la garantie venait tout a coup d'expirer depuis une semaine. Une belle gagne de charlatant. A ce que je vois ds les commentaires si dessous, je ne suis pas le seul a qui vous avez fait le coup. Vous pouvez être certain que je vais porter plainte à la protection du consommateurs. À voir comment vous geré votre business, je suis pas mal certain que je ne serai pas le premier.
Avoid at all costs ..... provide a machine that breaks super quickly and make us hang out over time, the part is discontinued on a new machine that is only three years old, result, we must buy a new wall air conditioning . Do not help us on the pretext that the warranty has been finished for a week ..... Following these problems, we have spoken to several installers and they are unanimous. TTI is one of the worst suppliers. We will now do business with a professional company and not this company
Edit: Absolutely that my machine comes from your home .... Our repairer called before us at your company to be told that the machine was still under warranty. However, it's funny, when the part in question turned out to be discontinued and that meant new air conditioning, the warranty had suddenly expired a week ago. A beautiful gain of charm. As I see in the comments below, I am not the only one who you hit. You can be sure that I will file a consumer protection complaint. Seeing how you run your business, I'm pretty sure I won't be the first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ déplorable, j ai une unité maestro de 3 ans avec garantie de 5 ans sur les pièces, les volet Gauche/Droite brise et la réponse a mon réparateur est qu' ils ne fabrique plus de pièces pour cette air climatisé et que la seule solution est d acheter une tête complète intérieur et de la faire remplacer, estimé de 1000 $ car la nouvelle tête ne passe pas en garantie.
De plus je vais voir directement sur le site de tti et la maestro est toujours présente ??? ca semble être plus une défaite pour ne pas payer qu'une réponse intelligente.
arrêtez de vendre vos produit svp ou si non commencez a honorer vos garantie ! bref une plainte sera fait a la protection du consommateur
deplorable, I have a 3 year maestro unit with 5 year warranty on parts, Left / Right flap breaks and the answer to my repairman is that they no longer manufacture parts for this air conditioning and that the only solution is buy a complete interior head and have it replaced, estimated at $ 1000 because the new head is not under warranty.
Moreover I will see directly on the site of tti and the maestro is always present ??? it seems to be more of a defeat for not paying than an intelligent response.
please stop selling your product or if not start honoring your warranty! in short, a complaint will be made to consumer protection

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment déçu de leur service de retour, ça m'a pris 45 min d'attente. Quand j'ai acheté il m'ont confirmer(une note sur la facture)que je peux retourner , après 2 semaines quand je veux retourner ils ont changer la politique de retour.
Really disappointed with their return service, it took me 45 min to wait. When I bought they confirmed to me (a note on the invoice) that I can return, after 2 weeks when I want to return they changed the return policy.

Customer service, a big zero. Hours of waiting. “Warranted parts” ultimately are not guaranteed. Yes the prices are affordable, but you pay for a service that goes with it!

I’ve been trying to have the company obide by their warranty engagement for 3 years and I’m still unable to have them do something about it. Very disorganized, no good will to make things work. I would strongly suggest NOT to go with them.
