v	vincentboily on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Succursale de boucherville spécifiquement , service très ordinaire a la base mais bon je peux vivre avec , j'étais un peu indécis dans mes choix puisqu’il n’y avait pas ce que je voulais comme premier choix , le propriétaire m’incite a acheter quand même en me disant que je peux retourner les produits si je change d’idées. Finalement je trouves le produit que je voulais dans un autre magasin , je veux donc ramener le matériel que j’ai acheté mais on m’inflige une pénalité de 25% du prix de la facture pour effectuer mon retour . C’était écris sur la facture donc c’est mon erreur , mais en aucun cas le propriétaire ma mentionner cela et au contraire il m’a incité a acheter plus . Quand je l’ai appelé pour lui dire qu’il aurait pu m’informer de cette politique , il me dit d’un ton arrogant qu’il ne peut pas lire la facture a chaque client . Ce n’était pas une commande spéciale ni une liquidation ou un rabais . Ce sont des voleurs avec un très gros manque de respect. La succursale de Brossard semblait avoir un propriétaire beaucoup plus conciliant mais au final je vous conseil d’éviter ce magasin . Branch of Boucherville specifically, very ordinary service at the base but hey I can live with it, I was a little undecided in my choices since there was not what I wanted as a first choice, the owner encourages me to buy still telling me that I can return the products if I change my mind. Finally I find the product I wanted in another store, so I want to bring back the equipment I bought but I am charged a penalty of 25% of the invoice price to make my return. It was written on the invoice so it's my mistake, but in no case did the owner mention this to me and on the contrary he encouraged me to buy more. When I called him to tell him that he could have informed me of this policy, he tells me in an arrogant tone that he cannot read the invoice to each customer. This was not a special order or clearance or discount. They are thieves with a very big lack of respect. The Brossard branch seemed to have a much more accommodating owner, but in the end I advise you to avoid this store.
