★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought tile there a few times for my clients. It's a shame that the only time I needed to return unopened boxes they would not help. It doesn't matter what is written on a piece of paper, if you want to help your client out, you can use your judgment instead of hiding behind some sort of bureaucracy. Good thing there are plenty of other stores not too far from there.
