they are very friendly and supportive. They got him to love racing even more.
If you love karting/racing or fun in general . make sure to visit that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was really bad, the second I got up to the front desk and the employees were juste chatting together and not paying any attention to the customers, the workers seemed to not care at all about their job. Very poor service. We know for a fact we will not ever come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend! Zero customer service. The 3 girls there today we’re extremely rude and not helpful. I would also like to mention the side entrance was not cleared, very icy and full of snow. Very disappointed after spending 140$ for 10 minutes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was garbage service, besides the nasty heat, we had to wait 15-20 min between every race, that we already had reserved. And there service was VERY rude and unprofessional. They treat everyone of us like trash and give attitude to the clients. Would definitely never ever recommend. We told another group coming in after us about our experience and they turned around and left after seeing how miserable it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Re: paintball- Horrible experience! We had a group rsvp. We paid in totality for 12 people. We had no equipment ready. Finally gave us clothes (equipment) that was wet, 1 hour later . Nothing was ready. We decided to leave and get our money back but they refused to give us our money. They said that customer service will contact us. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. They favor walk-ins over reservations. We waited around 3.5h for a 30m race. Absolute trash. The employees have a get-in get-out demeanor, and they don't listen to reason. You have better karting options in RDP, Mirable, etc. Don't bother with this one.

Once we got to the desk the employees were chit chatting and pretending like we were not there. guy at the cash said we couldn’t play any escape games because they were full but there was no cars in the parking lot and when i said that he finally said there is space. We asked for hints 500 times but the guy was cleaning the other escape room which i understand why he couldn’t answer but the other 3 were probably talking.I will never go there again even if it was free. I would rather close the lights in my basement and try to escape then go back to this place.
