★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids will have fun but establishment is quite old and is starting to show is age. Laser tag vests broke twice during two different games. I was given 2 free games as compensation so at least there's that. Kids that frequent this place are a little older 12 to 16 range. My 7 year old got pushed around a little, no biggie though he's a though little guy. Prices aren't bad but I don't think I will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go one Time to laser quest Laval. For the Team game is the best. Three team with 3 bass is a good idea. When you await to play the arcade game is a good thing but is very very to hot inside. Furthermore, the pool table is great but is more fun with a good equipement. The game is Nice but i like play individuely to. Its a great place to have fun for a low price. I Will go return soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not our first time at dark zone, unfortunately it will be our last. The lady who greets us is wonderful! She's very polite, always attentive to the clients, always a smile on her and when she finished her shift it went downhill from there. The young lady ,the hostess is horrible, she is very rude very rough with the kids she shouldn't be in service with children. When we tried to do a complaint to the owner he didn't care he brushed us off to some other employee. We will be trying a different laser tag next time around.

They explain the game well and me and my friends got free Dark Zone Jackets.
We had lots of fun and the staff were reallly nice. I would love to go back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time here. Was told about this place by my brother in law. Very simple to say this is by far the best value you will get anywhere in Laval for fun! Great place with lots of arcade game (well maintained). The price is on point and cheaper then anywhere else. Great maze with fun art and great music. I would recommend this place to anyone. The owners hospitality is unmatched which is the key to a great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you’re looking for the most unfair activity i recommend you dark zone. The owner made us pay for 2 games instead of one knowing that there was no time left for 2 games and they are not going to refund your money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever! The game host (the girl with the pink hair)is very rude and aggressive with the kids, and even myself. When I went to see the manager to make a complaint about her, he was very unprofessional and started to yell and saying he doesn't have time to listen, I believe he has anger issues because even though you are standing 2 feet from him and you can hear him perfectly he screams all the time. The young girl named Lama who works in front has a positive attitude and she is the only one who is very professional and respectful at this place . She was apologising for her colleague and her boss's behaviour.
I do not recommend this place at all, it was our first and last time there.
