Great site with lots of services: gym, swimming pool, tennis court, children's park and more

-Management quasiment absent, manque d'organisation et malhonnête. (Ne sont disponibles que jusqu'à la signature du bail et par la suite injoingnable.
-Logement et building non entretenu et loyer exorbitant.
-Place de parking minuscule et aucune place visiteur.
-Des réparations et travaux étaient censé être fait pour l'emménagement hors ni travaux ni même le ménage n'a été effectué.
Ascenseur inopérant une fois sur deux.
-Chiens en très grand nombres dans le building.
Mais quand il est question d'argent soudainement ils savent être disponible et vous contacter.
Pire endroit ou s'installer
Avoid at all costs.
-Management almost absent, lack of organization and dishonest. (Only available until the signing of the lease and thereafter injoingnable.
-Housing and building not maintained and exorbitant rent.
-Tiny parking space and no visitor space.
-Repairs and work were supposed to be done for the move out, neither work nor even cleaning was done.
Elevator inoperative every other time.
-Dogs in very large numbers in the building.
But when it comes to money all of a sudden they know how to be available and get in touch with you.

plus petite place de stationement au monde,
lhiver tu as limpression que ya une tornade qui passe en dessous de ta porte patio qui procure leffet dun planché refroidissant jusqua la moitier du logement, je devais mettre des serviette pour bouché le courant dair et meme la on gelais raide
Pas mal sur que une personne sur deux participe au 4:20?
Si ta envie de savoir ce que tout le monde a cuisiner pour souper juste aller faire un tour dans lascenceur ca sent les saveur du monde mais formule toute melanger ensemble ?
Place visiteur on en parle meme pas yen a comme 6 pour 4 bloc apartement, ce qui fait que le monde en invente dans le champs a coter

Ils ne veulent rien faire pour vous aider, enlève le parking visiteur, qui est pas pour les visiteurs mais bien pour tous les locataires ayant plus d’une voiture. Mon chien s’est fait attaquer par un chien qui a été laisser en liberté, et ils ne veulent rien faire pour vous aider. Ils veulent juste du $$$, les maudits sentinelles se foutent bien de tout le monde tant que tu payes ton loyer. Pire endroit à Laval.
Worse place for rentals upside down! 1 year and a half there, it's 1 year and a half too long. They don't want to do anything to help you, remove the visitor parking lot, which is not for visitors but for all tenants with more than one car. My dog was attacked by a dog that has been released, and they will do nothing to help you. They just want $$$, the damned sentries don't care about everyone as long as you pay your rent. Worst place in Laval.

Very lazy ! They dont answer calls ! They take a looot of time to repair whatever you ask for !
But when it comes to money they are the best to ask for it and follow ups and and and...
