Le stationnement n’est pas adéquat, les espaces réservées ne sont passez larges alors gare aux coups de portières pour votre véhicule et pour un bâtiment avec tant d’unités locatives, l’absence d’un ascenseur de service est un inconvénient incontournable. Preparez-vous a prendre les escaliers de service.
 The site has little enchanting
The parking is not adequate, the reserved spaces are not wide then beware of door strikes for your vehicle and for a building with so many rental units, the lack of a service lift is an unavoidable drawback. Prepare to take the service stairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, clean and quiet building with efficient staff available for services to tenants in office. There is also a drug store, sit in restaurant, family doctor services and all amenities needed for retired and autonomous individuals. I sincerely and highly recommend this place for living.
