J'ai aménagé à la résidence en août 2018. J'étais plutôt isolée au debut car je me sentais plutôt jeûne pour y habiter.
Finalement, j'ai commencé à sortir plus souvent, j'ai commencé à jaser avec les résidents pour réaliser que j'etais bien ici et les residents m'ont permis de prendre ma place et de m'integrer parmi eux malgré mon jeûne âge. Les employés et les residents sont vraiment prévenant. Et que dire de la joie de vivre avec les dames de l'artisanat.
 I am 57 years old, I have multiple sclerosis and I can not stay alone anymore.
I moved to the residence in August 2018. I was rather isolated at the beginning because I felt rather fast to live there.
Finally, I started going out more often, I started chatting with the residents to realize that I was good here and the residents allowed me to take my place and join them despite my fasting age. . Employees and residents are really considerate. And what about the joy of living with the ladies of the crafts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accueil horrible. La dame responsable a une attitude hautaine et est rempli de jugement. On a l'impression qu'ils nous font une faveur en s'occupant de nos parents. Tout ce qui les intéressent, est de prendre l'argent. Il me semble quand tu es dans ce domaine, on se doit d'être humain et chaleureux.
Horrible welcome. The responsible lady has a haughty attitude and is filled with judgment. It feels like they are doing us a favor by taking care of our parents. All they care about is taking the money. It seems to me when you are in this field, we must be human and warm.

For 11 years that I have been a resident of Résidences Soleil and I consider myself privileged. Good meals served in the dining room, good service, family atmosphere with the pleasure of being listened to by the Director and all the dedicated staff.

Manque de nourriture, cafétéria mal pensée pour les personnes âgées. Mauvais service. Nous l’avons sortie au début du COVID 2020 et relocalizer en 2021. Pour le même prix elle a beaucoup plus, qualité, beauté, nourriture et personnel très dévouée. Chez Groupe Maurice
My mother lived there for 7 years, it deteriorated over time, bad food,
Lack of food, poorly thought out cafeteria for the elderly. Poor service. We released it at the start of COVID 2020 and relocated in 2021. For the same price it has much more, quality, beauty, food and very dedicated staff. At Mauritius Group

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not take photos. But having a one bedroom appartment here, means a bedroom without a window or door. The storage place is large enough. The kitchen ok. Living room has large windows/door looking outside. They do have exercise facilities and other activities. There are people around all the time. This would not be my choice. It is also rarher expensive. Some people love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miss Francine Picard at Reception is HEARTLESS. A Christmas Package sent to my 99 year old aunt was turned away because she claims many excuses...1) no staff to deliver inside, 2) the delivery did not show vaccination proof, and 3) blames a 99 year old that they did not come down to pick it up in time. A person such as this GRINCH should be removed immediately from caring from our elderly. She should be in charge of paying out of her own pocket the many tears she causes on a daily basis without any and may I repeat ANY remorse. God has a way of dealing with these people and she will be of course because God is good and Miss Picard is not.
