I have been calling few times to have updates about my order that was supposed to take 10 days, more than 3 weeks later, i have been calling and they always said ‘i’ll call u back later or tomorrow’ and never have i received their phone call. I’m disappointed, i have spent way over 2000$ at their store and this is probably gonna be the last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a custom frame from here, it was over $100. It arrived covered in sawdust, with the wrong attachments, and a different frame tint than had been selected. The hardware for hanging the print was not installed. The staff was friendly, however I wouldn't order from this store again- it did not feel as it should have when ordering from a custom framing store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an Italian hand painting framed there. Compared price with 2 other store and they had the best price/quality ratio. Note other stores products offering were of higher quality but didn’t justified the 50% markup in my opinion

That unfortunately came to a grinding halt.
After all these weeks locked up due to the pandemic I finally went to my first store other than food shopping only to be told at the cash that they no longer accept cash for items bought.
I used my gift card and reluctantly used a credit card.
I will never go into any of their stores again in my life and I mean never.
Yes they said it's to protect their employees but in all honesty the customers and employees in the store were touching and exchanging products and not respecting social distancing rule or even wearing masks.
So much for protecting their employees or customers.
