★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai consulté le dr Michel Journet le 6 juin 2020 pour un kératoacanthome sur le bras gauche, photo 1. Le docteur Journet a procédé à l'ablation au scalpel sans me donner de médication. Un mois après, le kératoacanthome est revenu et était beaucoup plus gros et infecté, photo 2. La secrétaire de la clinique D m’a dit que Dr. Jounet était en vacances et d’aller voir un médecin de famille, qu’une infection n’était pas d’ordre dermatologique. Mon médecin de famille m’a donc prescrit un antidouleur et des antibiotiques et m’a donné une requête pour aller voir un autre dermato. J’ai été chanceux, un dermato-oncologue à l’hôpital juif m’a pris en urgence par inquiétude que c’était du cancer, ce que Dr. Journet n’avait pas pris au sérieux. J’ai eu une chirurgie de Mohs par le dermato-oncologue, qui m’a ensuite indiqué d’aller au CLSC chaque deux jours et de revoir Dr. Journet pour les suivis, car ce dermato-oncoloque ne fait que de la chirurgie. J'avais donc rendez-vous à la Clinique D jeudi le 12 novembre 2020 pour faire vérifier ma plaie par le docteur Journet. Il n'a rien voulu savoir, il n'a pas voulu regarder les photos et m'a envoyé promené parce que j'avais consulté un autre médecin. Je me retrouve donc sans dermatologue pour évaluer ma plaie simplement car ce médecin n’a pas fait sa job comme il faut dès le départ.
I consulted Dr. Michel Journet on June 6, 2020 for a keratoacanthoma on the left arm, photo 1. Dr. Journet carried out the ablation with a scalpel without giving me medication. A month later, the keratoacanthoma returned and was much bigger and infected, photo 2. The secretary of clinic D told me that Dr. Jounet was on vacation and going to see a family doctor, that an infection was not dermatological. My family doctor therefore prescribed painkillers and antibiotics and gave me a request to see another dermatologist. I was lucky a dermatologist-oncologist at the Jewish hospital rushed me into the emergency room out of concern that it was cancer, which Dr. Journet had not taken seriously. I had Mohs surgery by the dermatologist-oncologist, who then told me to go to the CLSC every other day and see Dr. Journet for follow-ups, as this dermatologist-oncologist only does surgery. So I had an appointment at Clinic D on Thursday November 12, 2020 to have my wound checked by Doctor Journet. He didn't want to know anything, he didn't want to look at the photos and sent me for a walk because I had seen another doctor. So I find myself without a dermatologist to assess my wound simply because this doctor did not do his job right from the start.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La secrétaire est menaçante, menace de fermer ton dossier si tu manques un rendez-vous même si tu annules à l'avance avec de bonnes raisons. Ils savent qu'ils ont le bon bout du bâton et en profite. J'ai vu la secrétaire répéter plusieurs fois à un homme âgé sans défense de prendre rendez-vous comme pour l'humilier. Exercice de pouvoir.
The secretary is threatening, threatens to close your file if you miss an appointment even if you cancel in advance with good reasons. They know they have the right end of the stick and take advantage of it. I saw the secretary repeat several times to a helpless elderly man to make an appointment as if to humiliate him. Exercise of power.
