★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very Very disappointed. I asked for a consultation for a second opinion being worried about my daughter’s acne and the main question that was asked wasn’t answered. I was worried that she could have had a super imposed infection on her skin on her face being so red and puffy and the dermatologist chose to answer the minor questions about diet and acne. Which you can find info on the internet. Obviously I sent excellent pictures of her skin and face in different angles because as I said I was quite worried about a bacterial/fungal infection on top of acne. I had about 4 short sentences in my « consultation » which cost me $199 because I had chosen the 24 hr response time. That was a total waste of money.

My son's dermatologist couldn't see him for over a month even though his face was bleeding from an eczema flare up, he was getting an infection, and his meds weren't working. In less than 48 hours I had the consult, the Dr answered all of my questions and I had the new meds in hand. 24 hours after that my son is already doing much better. Thank you Dr Watson!

They were extremely knowledgeable and descriptive when discussing a treatment plan for the hormonal acne I've been dealing with. Beyond thankful for the service I received, will definitely connect again for a follow-up!
