★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been calling this clinic for the past two weeks because I have a consult/referral and nobody answers! Today I tried again this morning around 9 am and after being placed on hold from the get go for over 30 mins I hung up. Ridiculous! I will have to go in person and I don't live that close. Online portal to make appointment doesn't work either.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The previous review below mine checks out. Do not waste your time with this place, the phone line will ring in an infinite loop stating that their receptionists are busy. Don't waste people's time like that, fix that phone line it's 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been trying to reach them to cancel an appointment. Had to wait over 1h on my first call and then right now I’m over 2 hours on the phone with no one to talk to to cancel my appointment.
God, hire a receptionist already…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all let me inform you that Dr. Boukadoum was recommended to me by the clinic that I am with. I needed to see a dermatologist and he is one of two dermatologist that was mentioned. I read the reviews and he had good reviews.
I tried calling yesterday but to no avail and it wasn't just one try to get a hold of them but several calls. Today I started the call at 10:31 and the message that I kept hearing for more than an hour was"Your call is very important to us and wait for 58 minutes to be attended to or answered" . After waiting for an hour 10 minutes and 54 seconds I hung up. Yes I believe that Dr. Boukadoum is good BUT PLEASE either get a new secretary/ receptionist or else add another staff just to attend to phone calls. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I just wasted my 1.10.54 of my life trying to get a hold of a good dermatologist. I hope this review will reach the right person to look into this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dermatologist retired and these doctors took over his files. I have been trying to reach this clinic for over a week, to no avail. You call, the recording says the receptionists are busy and then the phone rings for as long as you choose to stay on the line. I've tried several times every day for 5 to 20 minutes, same problem. I tried the online appointment booking system and says that nothing is available. I suppose I will just have to go in person to book my appointment. Have never had to deal with anything like this before. But not impressed so far.
