The next day I received an email specifying that I could not register for an appointment without a prior consultation (which is what I thought I was registering for to begin with). I called for clarification and the receptionist hung up on me, twice.

This was the quickest and easiest appointment I’ve made! The dermatologist was also very nice and helpful and I walked out feeling better about myself and my skin then I have in a long time.

He took the time to discuss all treatment options and patiently addressed my concerns. I went to a lot of different dermatologists and he was the only one who was able to actually treat my skin issue. The service was great and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

I really appreciate that the doctor saw me in between two patients to renew my prescription for a cream I have been occasionally using for few years now. I have “stress hormonal” situations at times and this one prescribed cream does miracle! From my experience, everything was professional. I would recommend!
M	Marina Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before making an appointment, I asked the clinic manager for a general price range for treating a specific issue, not wanting to pay the $250 consultation if the treatment would be out of my budget. She told me that treatment can range from $80-500. I get to the appointment, and the doctor told me that in fact, treatment only begins at $500, usually going much higher. I emailed the clinic manager back about this, and she was very aggressive, accusing me of lying, despite having her original message in the email chain. Misleading and disappointing. I understand that pricing can range, but if the doctor himself tells me that $500 is the standard minimum, this should be clearly communicated in advance. The doctor was nice, and the clinic seemed great otherwise.
