★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had some experiences with other real estate broker (I’ve bought and sold an house before). I also had a sub-sequent real estate broker for the condo I bought weeks ago, which I dropped after 10 visits for Simon.
Speaking from what I’ve seen before, Simon is ahead of the game. He is knowledgeable and take cares of his clients before and, more importantly, after the actual transaction. I’ve bugged him five times after the transaction was done and each time, he gave me exactly what I needed in hours if not minutes.
You know someone deeply care when the after-care customer service is top notch.
Also, contrary to the other broker, he‘ll actually ask the right questions in visits, he’ll spot quickly what’s wrong and right with a property without you noticing it. He’s debriefing after each visits to make sure that the next one makes more sense to you.
You really can’t go wrong. This is the type of real estate broker that you actually refer to anyone you see that want to sell or buy real estate with full confidence.
