★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daniele Papazian is without doubt the best real estate agent I have ever worked with in Montreal or Toronto. She has diligently searched for a property for us over three years. She has listened carefully to our needs (we are picky!). She has carefully searched the market. And she has investigated each property throughly. I think what impressed us most was her patience and diligence. She clearly wanted us to find a property that was a real match and she never tried to make a quick sale. She has been equally impressive in the sale of our old apartment which turned out to be complicated and labour-intensive. Daniele was the fourth agent we worked with in this process and, like I say, head and shoulders above the rest. She found us a perfect home and a perfect buyer. I recommend her without hesitation. Just wish we’d found her sooner.

We highly appreciated the way they communicate each step of the process, it is clear, concise, and well organized and super prompt. We really like the way Yanick and his team dealt with the sale of our property, truly a great pleasure to work with them as they know EXACTLY what they are doing. We were especially wowed by the way they photographed and used incredible virtual staging on our home to give it an extra boost in marketing. Yanick was able to help us negotiate a very good price, exceeding our expectations, we are very impressed. I absolutely recommend Yanick!

She stayed in close contact with us from our first contact in December, throughout the visits, the offer process in February and to the closing of the purchase this week. Frédéric was always available and responded to all my questions. He was patient and adaptable as I changed my mind multiple times about my search criteria. He was always there for visits giving his invaluable advice about red flags and good opportunities to add value to the home. Finally, he set the perfect purchase offer and negotiated with the seller to get me my dream condo at a good price.
What I expected to be a stressful process was made a lot easier with his network of connections, his expertise, and all the hard work he did behind-the-scenes to arrange documents, inspections, visits, negotiations and more.
