Je suis extrêmement satisfaite de la qualité de leurs services, leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse, leur accompagnement tout au long des mes processus d'achats . C'est toujours un moment stressant de se lancer dans un achat immobilier mais grâce è l'équipe, j'ai pu me lancer en toute confiance. Zéro regret!!!!! Je recommande les yeux fermés.
I called on the LMDI team for 2 purchases in Montreal. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their services, their professionalism, their kindness, their support throughout my purchasing process. It is always a stressful time to start a real estate purchase but thanks to the team, I was able to start with confidence. Zero regret !!!!! I recommend with my eyes closed.

J’ai contacté Vincent pour une évaluation et il m’a très vite inspiré confiance, car il a était clair et précis sur mes capacités et les contraintes liées à notre situation.
Côté recherche immobilière, on nous a présenté Alexandre, et il nous a semblé à notre écoute et avisé sur le marché, on a donc choisi de travailler avec lui.
Résultat : sa connaissance du local nous a fait économiser par rapport à notre budget et nous avons trouvé la maison correspondant à nos besoins très rapidement.
Il a été très réactif, disponible, à notre écoute, et nous a expliqué les contraintes du marché, sans essayer de nous influencer dans notre recherche.
Cote Hypothèques …. c’est la même chose : Vincent, Thibaut et leur équipe nous ont accompagnés dans un contexte 'difficile' (nouvel arrivant / résident temporaire…). Leurs conseils éclairés nous ont semblé extrêmement rigoureux et professionnel. Disponible et persévérant, nous ne savons pas si nous aurions obtenu un notre prêt sans leur soutien!
De plus, nous avons l’impression que le taux proposé est meilleur que ce que nous aurions pu trouver sur le marché!
Nous les recommandons a 200%!
New to Montreal, we were hesitant to hire a broker.
I contacted Vincent for an assessment and he very quickly inspired me with confidence, because he was clear and precise about my abilities and the constraints related to our situation.
On the real estate research side, we were introduced to Alexandre, and he seemed to listen to us and advise us on the market, so we chose to work with him.
Result: his knowledge of the local made us save compared to our budget and we found the house corresponding to our needs very quickly.
He was very responsive, available, attentive to our needs, and explained the constraints of the market to us, without trying to influence us in our search.
Rating Mortgages …. it's the same thing: Vincent, Thibaut and their team accompanied us in a 'difficult' context (newcomer / temporary resident...). Their enlightened advice seemed to us to be extremely rigorous and professional. Available and persevering, we don't know if we would have obtained our loan without their support!
Also, we feel that the rate offered is better than what we could have found on the market!
We recommend them 200%!
