★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very cold, and the waiting time is insane. Never saw a doctor before one hour after my appointment, at this point it is useless to take an appointment because you end up spending the day here anyways

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be very good but since they changed methods of Communication trying to see a doctor takes incredible time. Im a diabetic that got a bid scrape near my foot and it took me 2 days of arguing to get to see my doctor. Sending pictures calling and texting to argue to see a doctor . You’re better of just going to a regular clinic and waiting. Next year I’m out.
I highly don’t recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic used to be great then it got impossible to talk to anybody on the phone. It's almost impossible to take an appointment sometimes having to call numerous times a day for several days just to reach reception. Doctors are very good but the issues stated above have been lasting for over a year and there is no sign they will go away anytime soon. This is unacceptable for a private clinic, bring your money elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a VIP customer for over 15 years. Called and requested help for a consultation for my teenaged daughter. Was transferred 4 times and was told that no help was possible. I was willing to pay and had never requested additional help and there was no discussion, just no!! My husband is a customer as well. Am now looking for a new clinic. Service has deteriorated over the years and service is no longer a priority...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like dealing with government-like plodding slowness and obtudsedness, this clinic is for you. Waiting times are exceedingly long, no matter if you are paying over priced fees out of pocket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience doing my upfront immigration exams today. Every single employee was nice and courteous, from the reception to the nurses and the doctor, and it went incredibly fast. I was in and out in 1 hour (I recommend doing what I did and take the first appointment of the day, maybe this is why because it got really crowded after I arrive). Overall no complaints at all, staff was great, facilities were great, everything went fast and smoothly and I was really well treated the entire time :)
