La pédiatre est très sympathique et attentionnée. Local not accessible at all not a stroller (amazing for a pediatrician!) Because of the vertiginous doors and stairs at the entrance. The reception is correct. The pediatrician is very friendly and attentive.

Je pense qu'il faudrait avoir plus de vocation et d'amabilité pour parler au téléphone et surtout avec des ancien client qui fréquente la clinique depuis longtemps. the secretary is very unpleasant by phone. I think we should have more vocation and friendliness to talk on the phone and especially with former client who has been attending the clinic for a long time.
V	Véronique Gareau-Chiasson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Setton est une super pédiatre, elle adore clairement les enfants et prend le temps de mettre notre enfant à l'aise et repondre à nos questions. L'équipe administrative est maintenant sympathique et nous aide même à descendre notre poussette dans les escaliers (ce qui est vraiment apprécié!) Aucunement accessible en poussette, ce qui est vraiment étonnant selon moi... (c'est au 2eme étage, gros escaliers). Ca vaut la peine de se préparer en conséquence. Il y a quelques jouets sur place, mais certains sont assez "fatigués" ;) Je reviens sur le fait essentiel : Dr Setton est extraordinaire! Dr. Setton is a great pediatrician, she clearly loves children and takes the time to put our child at ease and answer our questions. The administrative team is now friendly and even helps us down our stroller on the stairs (which is really appreciated!) Not accessible in stroller, which is really amazing in my opinion ... (it's on the 2nd floor, big stairs). It's worth it to prepare accordingly. There are some toys on site, but some are pretty "tired";) I come back to the essential fact: Dr. Setton is extraordinary!

La première fois mon ex et moi nous avons expliqué avec détails et honnêteté tous ce qui ce passé dans une heure de rencontre et la deuxième fois je suis allée tout seule avec mon fils qu' elle a faite rentrée tout seul même pas 15 min et elle m'a appeler après pour me jugé et me dire que tout ce que mon fils faisait c était de ma faute et elle a appelé la PDG un mois et demi après car je ne suis pas amener mon fils au RDV avec elle. Je me excuse mais je ne l ai pas trouvée professionnel ni humaine après tout ce qu' elle m'a dit et j avais déjà chercher pour un autre pedopsy. Je suis allée en cherchant de l aide et elle m'a donner plus des problemes. Merci au pedopsy qui fais son analyse dans 15 min. The star is for Doctor La Pierre who saw my son who needs help and who does not speak French well twice. The first time my ex and I explained in detail and honesty all what happened in an hour of meeting and the second time I went alone with my son that she made come home alone not even 15 min and she call me afterwards to try me and tell me that everything my son was doing was my fault and she called the CEO a month and a half later because I did not bring my son to the appointment with her. I apologize but I did not find her professional or human after all that she said to me and I had already looked for another pedopsy. I went looking for help and she gave me more problems. Thanks to the pedopsy who does his analysis in 15 min.

This comment I took it from another former client of the clinic, it applies perfectly to my case too. The secretary is very rude over the phone. I think we should have more vocation and friendliness to speak on the phone and especially with former clients who have frequented the clinic for a long time.
