I wouldnt even want to give them 1 star because when you call them and want to make an appointment they will keep on talking in French and they wont give you and option of Speaking in English.
Guys we are in the 21st century and we are in a country that has the best reputation in Everywhere So learn to help those who dont know how to speak French and let them have a great experience living In Canada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best experiences in clinics. Booked appt on line the night before. Had an appt early the next day. Staff was wonderful and fluent in both French and English. Waited 5 min to see doctor. In and out in 15 min. Highly recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE SERVICE. After explaining my situation, that I’m a 23 year old simply trying to get my birth control (that I’ve been on for the past four years) refilled, the reception lady is USELESS. they do not care. She told me to call at 10:30PM, so I wait and call, just for the automatic voice message to tell me they are full.
You need to choose a different profession because you’re clearly not in the right one.
