Do not go here if you have a choice otherwise. The lack of communication & empathy by the reception staff is unfortunate. They do not convey important information such as the time to arrive to see a doctor or seem to show much care toward the well-being of the sick individuals that need assistance. The saving grace is the doctors on staff, as they are quite friendly & caring. However, the gauntlet of everything else to even see one makes it not worth the effort. Please go to a clinic that treats you with respect.

I had a 9:15 am appointment for a physical exam for Canadian immigration. I arrived at 9 am - a little early in-order to handle any required office paperwork. When I told the woman at the front desk why I was there, she didn't even ask my name, she just brusquely told me to sit down and wait for my name to be called. I walked to the jam packed waiting area and sat down. At 10:30, my name had still not been called. That's right - an hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled "appointment". I left in disgust - and rebooked with another office. Everyone there is rude - the office is filthy - the waiting area has the most uncomfortable chairs imaginable - and it was packed to the gills with people. In other words - it's a factory - not a doctor's office. And they only take cash - will not accept debit or credit cards. This place is a complete joke.

Went there for immigration related medical visit. It appears to be a big chunk of their business so they are pretty efficient and the man who handles your paperwork speaks several languages. However i'm only putting 2 stars because the clinic needs a serious update. I had to go to the bathroom for a urine sample. There is only one bathroom used by everyone. The door doesnt close properly, there was no toilet paper and the sink was broken. The rest of the facility could also use some updates, like at least a card terminal, it's 2019...

Really awkward and difficult experience. Went to the front desk for the clinic and the reception spoke zero English, she had to search around for someone to translate. I explained I was in a car accident with non-serious injuries. She said I would be waiting 30 minutes and I said that's fine. Almost 2 hours later, I get to see a doctor. When I explain I'm waiting for my carte d'assurance maladie to arrive in the mail and was in a car accident, I'm told I'm at the wrong clinic for car accident injuries? Then the doctor calls the receptionist into the room and irately explains the mix up to her and she starts apologizing. She prints me out a piece of paper with numbers and addresses for other clinics, that most turn out to be outdated and no longer existing clinics.

We were treated very well in this clinic during the medical exam. Especially the physician and the receptionist. the results were delivered in time to the immigration office. When we needed to resubmit the IMM1017 format, the staff there really responded very quickly. They found the right document and immediately send it again. It is a wonderful experience there :) Thank you~

Mr. Antonio who received us was very good in communication and is very efficient. That's all I can say good about this clinic. The French speaking receptionist who takes the call is very rude if you speak in English. She is speaking like someone forced her to do this job and as if she is doing some kind of favor. I am not sure why they employ such rude people as receptionists. Bad for business. She won't care to tell customers that they won't accept credit cards or even debit cards. Maybe she said that ? but her rudeness and her mumbling in English might have made it difficult for me to understand what she was saying as she was in a rush to hang up the phone. It's 2020, but they won't accept credit card for payments. They also charge extra 20$ per person than other immigration clinics for the same tests !! The bathroom is in horrible condition. The clinic itself is in horrible condition. After all, immigration clinics are a lucrative business and since they don't serve Canadian citizens, there is little incentive to be of good quality. Do yourself a favor Please take your business to some other immigration clinics. The parking is another issue here. Very difficult to find a parking.

I wouldnt say the best people as employees, i had a morning appointment for a medical test, and most of the staff i interacted with were acting like they had the roughest night of their lives. On the other side the tests were done very quickly, i was out within an hour.

I was afraid from these reviews and the reviews of other immigration exam clinics but this place was amazing. They gave me an appointment within the same week. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. All the doctors were nice and helpful. One of the receptionists was a little lost but the others were very helpful in answering my questions. Highly recommend. Will update my review once they send my results.
