Je suis suivie à cette clinique depuis plus de 10 ans et la situation est toujours la même. Pas d'amélioration! Communication is very difficult and the receptionists are really unfriendly. We wait in line for more than 30 minutes for each call ... I have been followed at this clinic for more than 10 years and the situation is still the same. No improvement!

Ensuite, il faut que je change mon stérilets parce que je l'ai eu depuis 5 ans à cette même clinique. Il était impossible de les joindre mais quand on m'a répondu, la madame me dit qu'il ont détruit mon dossier et qu'il n'accepte pas de nouveau patient sans référence. C'est à dire avec la difficulté qu'impose le covid, il faut que je trouve un médecin pour une référence pour changement de stérilets! En plus, on a détruit mon dossier sans me consulter et sans raison valide et sans tenir compte du contexte actuelle de la pandémie! C'est non professionnelle! In addition, my file was destroyed without consulting me and without valid reason and without taking into account the current context of the pandemic! It's unprofessional!

Je rappelle a 16h45 pareil ferme alors qu ils disent 17h heure de fermeture. C est juste desolant I call at 11:55 a.m. for an appointment... closes and voice message the center closed at 12 p.m. but it's not 12 p.m. yet! I call back at 4:45 p.m. the same closes when they say 5 p.m. closing time. It's just sad

Tout de même très bien, un centre lié à St-Justine. Facilement accessible en métro. C'est inacceptable dans un contexte de suivi de grossesse. Quand je demande a la receptionniste a qui m'adresser pour me plaindre, on me réponds "faites votre propre recherche". Du personnel vraiment désagréable a l'accueil, des rendez vous toujours en retard car ils les mettent aux 15 minutes et ce n'est pas réaliste. Une chance que les gyneco sont sympathiques, c'est la seule étoile que je donne. As of the end of March, all pandemic measures suspended and we are still being told that spouses are not allowed. This is unacceptable in a context of pregnancy follow-up. When I ask the receptionist who to contact to complain, I am told "do your own research". Really unpleasant staff at reception, appointments always late because they put them every 15 minutes and that's not realistic. Luckily the gynecologists are friendly, that's the only star I give.

I’ve have been trying to call them for the past 2 weeks with NO ANSWER to figure out when exactly my appointment is again. I’m left on hold for over 30mins and then hung up on! How am I supposed to keep my appointment when no one can even answer the phone to confirm it!??

My only complaint is the wait time when calling to make or change an appointment. I've waited well over 45 minutes once and I usually don't get through in the first half hour of waiting. It makes it difficult to call on my breaks.

I showed up at my appointment, and to my surprise, the secretary informed me that my appointment was rescheduled for the following week. When I told her no one had called me to notify me of the change, the secretary said I had rescheduled it, which I explained to her that I never did. Not only did she not recognize it was their mistake, but no accommodations were made so I could see the doctor that day or an apology for wasting my time.
