B	Brooke Knox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Dermatologist (Loranger) prescribed me a pretty heavy duty medication after a 200$ 10 minute consultation and rushed me out while making me feel stupid for asking questions. Seemed sort of like an unfortunate money scam for me... A private clinic should take ones health seriously and be polite to the clientele.

Wait times are minimal, the staff is courteous and extraordinarily competent and the prices are actually pretty reasonable. The clinic itself is also very nice and very clean. Fantastic!

They does not answer their phone, they don't return messages, not even responding to a pharmacist request, and don't comply to requests for written laboratory results. The only time they called was to confirm an appointment $$

It is impossible to get through to speak to a receptionist, and if you do (after 8-10 attempts) they barely speak english and it is not possible to communicate properly. I suffer from migraines and I was asked to call back for a follow-up and I tried to get in contact with my doctor or nurse for 6 days straight and it was impossible to get anyone on the phone. The receptionist told me they would call me back, and they never did. Honestly, I don't even think the message got to my doctor. This is irresponsible healthcare.
