 A confirmation of a vaccine appointment in English even though I have never filled out a form in that language. Why? How is it possible?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jappelle, apres 20 minutes dattente une personne répond. Je prends le temps davaler ma salive mais la préposée me raccroche au nez sur le champs... je rappelle, on me fait attendre 40 minutes.
I call, after 20 minutes of waiting someone answers. I take the time to swallow my saliva but the attendant hangs up on me right away ... I call back, they make me wait 40 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai attendu plusieurs minutes en ligne pour finalement parler a une jeune fille polie mais un peu expéditive et très peu généreuse de son temps, qui m'avise que les médecins ne prennent que le gens qui ont déjà un dossier ouvert, point.
Quand j'essai de me enseigner sur les autres options ...je me fait répondre .. vous n'avez pas internet ? (pour chercher d'autres cliniques).
Un peu déçu d'une d'une instance gouvernementale a vocation sociale !
I waited several minutes in line to finally speak to a polite girl but a little expeditious and not very generous of her time, who advises me that the doctors only take people who already have an open file, period.
When I try to teach myself about the other options ... I get an answer ... you don't have internet? (to find other clinics).
A little disappointed with a government body with a social vocation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this CLSC for over 10 years and it is a safe, comfortable, clean and welcoming place. The personnel is great and I'd recommend that place to everyone.
