â â â â â I had to call the clinic in order to access documents they had shared with me, but couldn't access my account. I called 30 minutes after I received the email for the documents and I waited for two hours on the phone without anybody ever picking up. I had to call 4 days in a row to finally get ahold of someone. When I told the secretary about this situation, she said she only picks up the phone until noon on Fridays (when the clinic is supposed to be opened until 6pm) and acted as if that was normal or acceptable. Having a phone system that hangs up automatically when the clinic is closed or when you stop taking phone calls is not a complicated or new concept. This has caused me great distress and I hope I never have to deal with something like this ever again.

â â â â â Very bad service from the nurse, her name is Sara. She screams at patients on the phone and doesnât offer any help. The wait time is very long.They have only one doctor taking care of all patients. Very bad clinic. I do not recommend it

â â â â â Medical team is ok but the receptionist is rude and unprofessional. I had a few appointments there and every single time thereâs something bad. When I called was even worse, she didnât even allowed me to talk and sent me the wrong exams after waiting 1 hour on the line ?
Never coming back there.

â â â â â Other reviewers have said it enough. Staff is rude and unhelpful. If youâre more than 10mins late you have to reschedule, but pay $30 in fees to do so because it counts as a no-show. If they operated with the patientâs best interest, they wouldnât use such practices. They wonât be getting my money. They use the loophole in the QC healthcare system to take advantage of people without a family doctor.

â â â â â This place doesn't deserve even one star. 30 minutes waiting to see a doctor who in 4 minutes (timed) check my ears and said they were perfect and clean. Prescribe me random stuff for the nose.
Just came from another clinic with massive amount of antibiotics etc since I have an ear infection due to excessive wax (gross I know) do yourself a favor and avoid this place at any cost.

â â â â â Extremely rude and very unprofessional asian receptioniste/secretary her name is Lin, worst customer service ever, definitely will NOT come back, this person should be fired emmidiatly. Will NOT recommend this clinic!
I waited 1month for my appointment and when I came she just said that there's no appointment for me with a lot of attitude. She did not even look at me, no greeting, always on the phone, makes mistakes. I waisted my time and energy, spent money on uber to get there. Totally disappointed. This rude unpleasant being ruined my day.

And she refused to speak English with my wife even though she can understand some, cause she talked in English with another patient right after us. Yeah I get the "we are in QUEBEC and let's speak French", but don't they have English version website and call option? So why discriminate against English speakers?
Just avoid this clinic at all cost. How can they still be in business with all these bad google reviews and treating their patients like animals...after reading other reviews about the nurse, it shows that we were not the only ones being mistreated.
The doctor was not bad btw and spoke English gladly, it's really just the nurse there is so awful. Honestly they should fire her ASAP.

Try to call to get an appointment ? Good luck, they never pick up. Or hang up to your face.
Lucky enough to book one online ? You have no clue whether it will be on site or by phone.
The website is broken all over the place. Must call to change your personal information. Yup, sure, I'd love to spend another 2h on phone so you can hang up on me again.
Imagine the worst service, then make it 10x worse somehow, then you start getting an idea how it is.
