Monday August 23rd 3pm. I finally met in person the rotten apple at the reception, she was sitting next to Christina, has dark hair, dark circles under her eyes, she doesn't look happy to be there. I tend to treat people the way they treat me. She doesn't give her first name, most likely to cover up her demeanor. My first complaint was sent by email over a month ago but never got a reply. Christina was there and witness her blowout to the point she did not want to talk to me anymore. Said: talk to Christina, ''i'm done with you''. How it started, i had a blood test paper, so i ask how does it work and she answers AS YOU CAN SEE the office is closed, the light is off, i answer well i don't know that i don't work here! Then she gave me attitude (on google reviews others feel the same way, Mom also got a taste of that), she became irritated, angry, because i was exposing her behavior, telling her even if you have to tell me 10 times the same thing, you still have to do it, it's your job to answer questions and repeat yourself if people don't understand you. Told her your suppose to learn to de-escalate things, not make them worse, her demeanor got nasty and gave me a lecture. She doesn't show empathy, or compassion, a cold person to deal with. I won't name any names but other good receptionists told me they know all about her and suggested: if i want to make a complaint, do it by email. We go to see a doctor when we have a problem, when we're not feeling well, so sometimes we arrive stressed out, scared to find out bad news about our health, so receptionists try to be patient, don't get upset if you have to repeat yourself and show some empathy towards patients you will be seeing again... Unfortunately for the first time, i was given an unfriendly doctor, who lectured me on the valid reasons to book an appointment at the urgent care clinic, i wrote down the 3 reasons i was there, he did not like the first reason, so i gave him my main reason, explained that i waited 4-5 weeks before booking an appointment, told him i called 811 service on Friday and the nurse said to see a doctor asap, that"s why i booked for Monday, i did not want to bother the ER for this. Then he proceeded to give me the service but said to see my doctor for other things. Some people are passionate about their work and some can't offer a human touch experience. No point in sending a 2nd complaint, since the first was not investigated. Hope Dr Buch who has been kind to me, takes action to better things. Besides this second incident, I find other receptionists and doctors pleasant to deal with.

Horrible services from the receptionist. Sadly I have a family doctor there. Normally, they don't take appointments by phone but their website told me to call the clinic since for some reason, the system didn't recognize my file. I called and told the receptionist what the system told me and she was extremely rude to me after I mentioned the website told me to call. And I also wanted to inform the receptionist that the clinic/doctor did not call me back for a past recent appointment phone call. The receptionist was still rude and told me I should've informed them about the missed appointment, hello?!!! Aren't I informing the clinic about this? Don't know why the receptionist was rude but she's lucky I didn't ask for her name. You should all monitor your receptionists, a nice clinic should not have this many receptionist complaints!

Worst doctor ever, he was really rude, talking so fast, not even listening to what I am going through, and at the end, he told me, it is probably THIS, probably! And nothing he can do.. useless!! I Went to a private clinic right after, the doctor was amazing and right away was able to help me.

I have never been to a public clinic that was as professional and as quick as this one. I am blown away with the service. The urgent care was fantastic. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

Making appointments is ridiculously complicated. I get that the clinic prioritizes patients of the actual clinic but why have an urgent care at all? Fun fact: I was a patient of the clinic until my dr left and the clinic just dropped us altogether.

We have experienced unprofessional, rude, and condescending receptionists during my wife's prenatal care. Staff won't be available for any questions. On the off-chance you do connect with someone, you will be met with poor customer service and shocking rudeness. One receptionist even brought my wife to tears. On another occasion, the doctor sat on potentially dangerous blood results without informing us of any issue for over 6-weeks. We will be transferring to a different clinic to finish out the rest of the pregnancy.

My family doctor here is amazing. I would recommend dr. Monahan to anyone. However, this review is for the clinic at large, more specifically the receptionist service. I've had multiple experiences of the receptionists being completely unprofessional, rude, or downright mean. For example when I was calling about a mental health issue. Funnily enough, I was also asked to change my review here because of this. Their online booking system DOES NOT WORK. I've currently been caller #2 for 2 for 15 minutes. How is this possible? This is in addition to limiting their hrs to a couple of hrs a day. I believe this is definitely purposeful so that they limit appointments to clients.

I usually don't bother writing a review, but Dr M-T Nguyen was really good, so I had to write one just for her. I've been seeing a lot of doctors recently, and a lot of them didn't seem to care too much and weren't trying hard to find a solution. But, Dr M T Nguyen took the time to listen, did some test and gave me stuff to try and test out. She was very kind and knowledgeable. It was probably the best experience I've ever had at a clinic.
