★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello. I think writing the review the next day after installation is not very helpful. My home had a heat pump, heat exchanger, air filtration system, humidifier, and full duct system installed by this company 1 year ago. I am very pleased with the results. We have +23C and 50% humidity at home all year. We forgot about spring allergies. My air at home is so clean and fresh that when I am away on business and stay in hotels, I miss my system. A story about the relationship: During a renovation in the bathroom, I installed the exhaust fan duct. The metal screws from Homedepot or Rona are not very good. However, I found one "professional" screw from last year's installation. When I called H&C office about the screws, they gave me 100 screws free of charge. That same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They saved us as our heating system broke down and it was going to get much colder the next day, we are a pet store and could not risk the animals getting cold, they rescheduled another client with their permission so as we could have it fixed the next day. They were quick, well priced, friendly but professional and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about them.
