★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place sucks!! Not only were they rude and discourteous on the phone, but also the receptionist gave wrong information. She said a doctor would be available and then when I went all the way, she said there wasn't one. Terrible terrible inhumane service....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Info sante referred me to this walk in clinic so I call the clinic and talked to the receptionist who is so RUDE! I called to ask if I need to get an appointment and she told me "hold on" and never get back to me for 20MINUTES. So I called her back and she knows that it was me that she put on hold. She raised her voice and told me "what do you need?" and i replied "i called because I need to see a doctor, when is the best day for me to come? do I need to get an appointment" and she raised her voice "we don't have a doctor!" and i told her "so what is the best day I can come to see your doctor?" she replied in a condescending tone "WE DON'T HAVE A DOCTOR!" so i told her "yeah, I can hear you. I'm not saying it's today since u told me you don't have a doctor today. What day is your doctor available?" and so she told me "come tomorrow!" I was so mad she didn't even say sorry. Well I'm just gonna find another clinic instead of coming to Centre Medical de la Plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! PRAKASH PATEL, this so-called doctor was the most disrespectful, rude, impatient person i have ever encountered at a clinic. I have a video to prove this. After waiting 3 hours and almost fainting because of my vertigo he was extremely mean! I will NEVER come back here again! He has already been reported thats for sure! He does not belong in this profession. I feel sorry for all his future patients as he might fail them. I had better help from the pharmacist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. My parent's prescription was running low and the pharmacist had faxed the request twice. We live in Laval and my father had to go down to the clinic to ask if they received the fax, to which they were like 'oh yeah, we got it...' and then left it for the doctor. Few months ago, we had called to get an appointment over the phone few times and left few voicemails. We got a call months later. They never pick up calls and do not always return calls. This is just frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go to this clinic under any circumstances. They don't care about you. They will never answer your call. It is also the workplace of a so called "Doctor" Andre Nguyen. He is impolite, arrogant and senile. When I have questions for him, he said to keep quiet and BEGIN TO LECTURE ME ABOUT HOW TO BE POLITE when in fact he always talk over me and insist that I would be quiet. When he is done lecturing me, he would then BRAG ABOUT HOW GOOD OF A DOCTOR HE IS. He would also call you 3-5 hours early or late from the time of appointment Your diagnosis? Questions? He is dismissal and denies you from accessing information like a test result. "Everything is fine", "You don't need to ask that many questions" and "You don't need that much information just trust my words". Lastly, he threatened me to deny the health care service he provides and I quote "I should drop out your file and should go find another doctor " WHICH I WILL.
So is he a good doctor? It is a rhetorical question and the answer is NO.
He is a horrible doctor with a huge ego! Avoid him like the black bubonic plague he is! SHAME ON HIM! HE IS UNDESERVING OF THE TITLE OF "DOCTOR".
I WARNED YOU. YOU WILL WALK OUT OF THAT CLINIC WITH MORE SYMPTOMS THAN HEALED ONES!
