Si je pouvais mettre aucune etoile je le ferais. Service à la clientele pourris. Jai reserver avec eux cette été, ils ont changé nos billets à moi mes filles et mon conjoint. Pas besoin de vous dire que cetait un desastre.
If I could put any stars I would. Rotten customer service. I booked with them this summer, they changed our tickets to me, my daughters and my partner. No need to tell you it was a disaster.

Nice people spacially Mr. Zahid Hussain General Manager is so nice jolly,humble and experienced gives answers to ur all travelling related questions fairs are cheap and affordable price i recommended this travel agency for every one to come and check prices

Without elaborating too much... they're business ethics are terrible. Sure, they can sell tickets and vacations but that's where it ends. They are manipulative and deceitful, especially of they're employees. I can go on...

I am giving 2 stars because I had a good experience at the beginning but at the end has just been ridiculous and unprofessional. I booked my father's ticket to visit my country through a female agent at that office. My father had no issues departed Toronto to Ghana. The issue was him returning. According to this lady, my father's return flight was changed from May 4 to May 3. And she was adamant that KLM sent me an email and accused me of making the mistake. So unprofessional. I searched everywhere in my inbox, spam and deleted folder and the only email I have was from her with my father's purchased ticket on Dec 7, 2021. I told her I did not receive an email or text message from KLM. As a professional agent, it would have made sense to forward the email KLM sent her to me so I can make all necessary arrangements for my father's return. But no, instead I get fingers pointed at me. SMH, unbelievable. Then she continues to tell me that I can either wait at home for my father's call or go to the airport at the time KLM normally arrives. Like seriously! Not even let me try to see if there is anything I can do from my end to see if your father was able to board a flight from Amsterdam. Anyways, I was angry but out of respect for my elders, I did not lash out at her. Instead, I decided to contact KLM myself. And just as I thought, they confirmed that they sent notification to the agent. Yet I'm the one being blamed. Sad. At this point, I am sitting here worried not knowing where or how to get in contact with my father. Thanks to the agent I spoke to at KLM, she provided me with options and as I type right now, she is on the phone with me seeing if she could find the flight my father was checked into. Now that's what I call excellent customer service and professionalism. Kudos to this amazing KLM agent by name Katalina.
