★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The personnes Who helped me is naked Cyrine. She was extremely understandable ans had so much patience for me. I arrived late 6pm and we finished at 9pm (closing Time) There was a computer problem she wasnt even rude or nothing she took her time to help me by calling technicians to make everything okay for me. Also she managed to help 5 customers while helping me. We stayed a long Time and she was very professionnal while being very caring. I bet she was tired because i see no chair in her Little box. Thankyou so Much Cyrine!!! Grateful for the explanations!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was some resistance at the beginning however once I offered to speak with a Telus telephone agent Rasmir was kind enough to take over the call and resolve an issue that no Telus agent was able to solve in the prior 48 hours ! Rasmir's calm and helpful demeanour and patients is one of the reasons why I came back to Telus ! Rasmir is one of the top agents I've ever encountered with regards to cellphone providers !

I loved his attitude and personality. You should hire more people and have them trained under his supervision. I look forward to dealing more with him in the future. It was a lovely encounter for the first time since I have been a customer. Thank you Darvens for all your help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rosa did a great job helping me to activate my phone. There was some issue after I order online and somehow I was not able to pursue the process. When I met her, she kindly help me to fix the issue and it almost an hour. She's very patient and calm. Would greatly recommend her! Thanks!
